As others have commented this company deserve 0 stars, piggy backed onto a car parking app, whilst parked at a local hospital with my son who had a suspected broken nose, £39.99 taken, no email trail, contacted bank who have now blocked them but I have to email them and then report to banks fraud department. Frustrating when live is busy enough! Let's spread the word, disgraceful Scam!!

Scammed while trying to use a parking app. Luckily my bank alerted me. And apparently they had managed to set up a repeat payment system.

I received an SMS in the middle of the night!! It said I was being charged £39.99 on my CC for a purchase. Of course, I had never heard of them, let alone bought anything from them. My bank picked up that it was a fraud and blocked the transaction. So, I now have to wait for a new card. WHY IS THIS NOT STOPPED/INVESTIGATED

Like so many people that have posted here, I too was scammed out of £39.99 whilst doing business with a legitimate company (gov.uk of all!)
As well as reporting it to my bank, I have reported it to Action Fraud so hopefully it will stop soon.

The Nevtrix cretins somehow got my credit card details and charged me £39.99 earlier this month AND faked a subscription so yesterday they came back for another £39.99! First time the John Lewis bank passed it through but fortunately second time they stopped it. They investigated and quickly confirmed that I was not responsible for the transactions. How can Nevtrix be allowed to continue trading?

This is absolutely disgusting company have scammed me for £39.99, I had to log in to my samsung tv, some how a qr code came up, I thought this was a part
of the log in, how wrong was I , contacted my bank and cancelled my cards, be aware that when you cancel the scammed subscription you have to cancel before the 3day trial period or you can kiss goodbye to any refund, now the thing is you do not know you have subscribed so there is the catch, now the other catch is when do find out when the money goes out of your account, you as matter course to cancel the subscription you have to agree to terms and conditions or you cannot proceed with the cancellation, so of course you agree so has to cancel. Then all of the above will apply.

SCAM ALERT! Absolutely a disgrace. They advertise on useful website like Parkopedia. I subscribed by mistake thinking I was subscribing to the another site. I tried to cancel the account straight away. Impossible, multiple error messages! I had to contact my bank.

SCAMMERS - I do not know how they got my bank details or approval for payment.

Fraud alert! No stars for this company!

I saw an unknown Google play transaction that was done during the night. Checked my subscriptions in Google Play and never signed up for Nevtrix. I can't cancel it via Google or the bank.
Never heard of this company and never subscribed for it!!

This company taken money from bank account without my concern. They tried 4th July payment declined again tried on 24th July my account showing 39.99 pending payment.

I thought I was on Paybyphone parking app so entered card details then Nevtrix flashes up! This company then tried to take £39.99 out of my bank account. Luckily it was picked up by my bank. They are scammers, jumping on the back of other companies (similar names, sites) to get your money. They need to be looked into for dodgy trading.

This company took a 39.99 payment from my bank today without my consent. I have no knowledge of authorizing a subscription. I am a 62 year old female and by no means a " gamer" I have informed my bank to block this company and am trying to get a refund. No email communication confirming a sign up with them.

Ne mérite même pas 1 étoile! J'ai scanné un QR code pour l'installation de ma VMC, je suis arrivée sur une application me demandant mes coordonnées bancaires. Pensant être sur l'application de la marque de ma vmc je ne me suis pas posée plus de question, mais finalement j'ai été redirigée vers leur site et j'ai découvert après 3 jours que j'allais être débitée de 29.99€. Bien sûr j'ai essayé de résiliée mon inscription dès le premier jour mais comme par hasard la page était sans cesse en erreur...

Do not have anything to do with this site. Tried (and still trying) to take 39.99 our of my account. Account stopped. Piggy backed off a parking app.

Grubby low life sneaky thieving company who somehow conned me into signing up for something of no interest whatsoever when going through the various stages of changing a broadband and telephone contract.
Offered 3 days free subscription, then a monthly fee of £39.99. I managed to spot that small print and with no small amount of investigating managed to contact them to cancel a subscription that was not fit for (my) purpose
They're a bunch of conmen, sailing VERY close to the wind whose sales tactics should be investigated by Ofcom

Definite scam, £39.99 was taken from my account without my knowledge of everything being in contact with them!!! Which I had not!!!

This is an absolute SCAM I was sorting another site out to buy something & this site took £39.99 X 2 from my account I have tried to contact them & they just ignore me
Beware Everyone

This company tricked me into divulging my credit card details and subscribing when I thought I was on a different site via Google Play. I unsubscribed within hours. Time will tell whether they accept this or attempt to charge me. I have absolutely no interest in their products or services and would never willingly have visited their site. Very unethical behaviour. If, by any chance, they are a legitimate company, this is terrible for their corporate reputation. But they look more like scammers to me.
