SCAM!!! Biggest scam and trust pilot needs to start getting people writing fake and misleading review.
That they write Nevala .co.uk when they are not is their first fraud!
Product quality is appalling!!! Wouldn't clean my floor with it. Won't waste time sending item back to China to get store credit knowing I will NEVER buy off them EVER again!
Pls be warned.... they are a fraud . DO NOT believe the fake reviews written by fake customers .. don't fall for this scam, scumbags !

Placed my first order on the 2nd Dec, shipping to the UK.

Intl shipping was advertised in multiple places on the website as free. It was not free. I was charged for shipping.

Shipping isn't updated until the 3rd. When going on to the update, there is no update: it hasn't dispatched.

Still by the 8th, there is no dispatch.

Am I still to believe this will reach me well in time by Christmas, as per the checkout window said? I have my doubts. This will be another parcel lost in the post no doubt.

Edit: 10 days in, still no tracking information. Nevala customer service got in touch to say it is in transit but have no intel beyond that.

Edit: 13 days later with 0 tracking available and much anxiety, the order did arrive. The “XS” sparkle sheer blue gloves I purchased look nothing like the photo and they hang off the wrist like a size L. Weirdly they came with a dress I did not ask for which concerns me - clearly they sent me a random matching XS dress when I tried to purchase XS gloves and both look super cheap and not like the photos. Waste of time. Do not recommend this company.

What I was sent was very cheap, different straps to image. When I wanted a refund I was told I had to fund the return to China first.

My shopping experience with Nevala was amazing. Ordering was simple, delivery was fast, and the dress fit perfectly straight out of the box. The emerald green color is stunning and the fabric barely wrinkles, which is a huge plus. Everything just felt easy and professional great service and beautiful quality. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

The quality of Nevala’s dresses really surprised me. I ordered the Petra Maxi Dress for a wedding, and the fabric feels soft and premium nothing like fast fashion. The stitching and details are well done, and the color looks exactly like it did online. I got so many compliments! You can tell they put effort into their designs. A scam company. Lures you in with FAKE PICTURES and your package never arrives. 100% stay away. Scumbags at their finest. I hate this company and that is very much out of character for me. But these bastards have no sense of human decency whatsoever. They will burn in hell for the crimes they committed against these innocent people.

I was a bit worried after seeing some bad reviews, but my experience with Nevala was honestly great! My dress and coat arrived on time, fit perfectly, and look amazing. The quality’s lovely for the price I’d definitely recommend them! 💖

Clothing is coming from China but there advertising makes it seem it is a uk company. Dress arrived but looks nothing like the picture. Very poor quality. I bought it for a wedding. Seems like they have taken pictures from other companies for their advertising. When I looked up reviews there were a huge number of people with bad reviews. I am only giving a star because seems I cant.

Scam company - Avoid - taken money, no dress, no legit tracking details. Don’t risk it.

My package came beautifully wrapped with a handwritten thank-you note. That little detail made it feel extra special xxx

DO NOT BUY. The item they sent is appalling quality, not like the photo, loose threads, not even any internal labels showing product info or brand name!?!? I have asked for a refund due to the defects and even though it is their company policy to give a full refund they are refusing. Worst company I have ever bought from.

Have waited 15 days for a dress that I paid nearly 50 pound for. Hasn't arrived and clearly won't arrive. Customer service not helpful. Wish I seen these reviews before ordering!!

Good quality dress, was skeptical at first when ordering as I was unsure of this brand. Delivery did take a while but arrived well. Did have a problem with one dress as I had ordered 2. One was not received as this issue was due to the courier at the time. Nevada customer service was quick on responding and giving me a refund for this issue. Will order with in future.

Do not buy! They falsely advertise their clothes and overcharge for cheap knockoff items. Then refuse to let you return and get your money back. Don’t make my mistake! I’m £50 out of pocket.
