Before finding NeuroUniverse

Before finding NeuroUniverse, our family was exhausted, overwhelmed and didn't know where to turn. We'd spent so much time trying to navigate different services and advice that we felt stuck.

From the first conversation, NeuroUniverse helped us make sense of what was happening and connected us with the right support. Instead of feeling like we had to solve everything on our own, we finally had a clear plan and experts who genuinely understood our situation.

The difference has been incredible. We're communicating better as a family, we feel much more confident, and life no longer feels like a constant crisis. We still have challenges, but we now have the right support around us and know where to turn when we need help.

I can't recommend NeuroUniverse highly enough. It has made a real difference to our whole family.

It was so refreshing to genuinely feel…

It was so refreshing to genuinely feel heard by a knowledgeable and empathetic professional. The advice given was solid and the signposting to services was incredibly useful. We followed up with a private SENCo referral and gained far greater insight into our rights and the obligations of other services. We are now much further forward in our journey which is now much easier to navigate thanks to Neurouniverse.
