I called with a couple of questions. I got great customer service and an appointment for a call out that suits my schedule. The ladies name was Roberta . I would highly recommend Network Security for a good service at a very affordable price 5 stars ⭐️

Just got installed yesterday, so far very happy. The installer was very informative, did a great job taking out the old alarm. He also gave advice on how to use alarm and app .. I would definitely recommend

From the first minute to the last we were talking about it when got great advice very quick to be installed house is secure

We had Jimmy today to install our new Network Security alarm system, and disconnect and remove our Phonewatch system. He was a gentleman and did a great job, very happy with our new setup.

Had Jimmy in today to install our home alarm. Lovely fella to deal with and ran through everything in detail as he done each step. The demo and run through of works carried out was clear and detailed. Would highly recommend Jimmy,he clearly knows what he’s doing. Thanks a mill

The guy I was speaking with over the phone made the transaction so well explained and helpfull. Gave me updates on new products also. Then the installation team made it all so easy explanatory over the phone. Installation next week. Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable.

Recently had a monitored alarm system installed by Network Security.
Overall, a very good experience. The installation was carried out professionally and efficiently. Jimmy did a great job — he was thorough, explained the system clearly, and ensured everything was properly set up and tested before leaving. The final system feels well designed, with a good balance of door, window and motion coverage, which gives strong peace of mind.
One area that could be improved is clearer upfront communication on the final system design and any additional costs. A few extra sensors were recommended during installation, which made sense from a coverage perspective, but it would have been helpful to have that visibility earlier.
That said, the end result is a solid and reliable system, and I’m satisfied with the overall service. Thanks again to Jimmy and the team.
