I ordered a gift for my mums birthday, the delivery status said 24th, but nothing arrived. There was no communication or feedback. This is extremely unprofessional. Will never use netflorist again!!

Morning order for a loved one and a few hours later happiness delivered!

Shocking. My wife's 50th is tomorrow. They could not gaurentee delivery before midday tomorrow, so I moved it to today.

It is now 17.45 and still no delivery

Hassel free, simple and straightforward ordering process, many options to choose from incase not finding what you had in mind. I like the fact that you get informed when delivery has been completed. Even better one can get discounted price, which is an additional benefit considering the state of our economy.

The delivery was as arranged and the packaging was really lovely. My daughter loved her gift. Thank you.

Was a regular costumer of netflorist for a number of years. But seems they’re either incapable or unable to keep up with the market. Most of the times now they don’t have anything available for Valentine’s Day (or their options severely limited) and the same when it comes to Mother’s Day. You’d think being a big company they’d understand the full concept of supply and demand but seems not being able to catch up. Have taken my money to bloomable now for the past 4 times.
They had so much potential and are completely wasting it.

Ordered on Tuesday arrived at 10 the next day ordering worked loke a charm and the product was exactly what was expected.

The gifts are always packed nicely and they arrive on time

Flowers were beautiful just as advertised on pictures and very fast delivery

expect delivery to be late or not arrive at all.

I ordered flowers and a few additional goodies for my sister's birthday, first of all I pre-ordered it and put in a special request for the delivery time(yes I was advised that the delivery time is not guaranteed). But not only did they not arrive at that time they ended up dilvering it at 18:30pm. I would have understood had it maybe arrived in the afternoon around 1 or 2ich but 6:30pm???
Secondly, the flowers I ordered was a large size and what I received was NOT a large size. I am very disappointed.

I have never before had any issues with Netflorist. This order only reached the recipient at 9pm.

The order was meant to brighten up her work day yet receiving the flowers after she already got into bed.

Flowers are great though but the idea behind it didn't work.
