Fantsatic customer service.

Initially had ordered a guitar which was out of stock. The owner phoned me to explain he would be unable to procure that model for some time due to supply issues. We discussed other options and organised an appropriate time for pickup. Product is fantastic, too.

After an evening email, I met Paul at the shop the following day where he re-aligned my Yamaha’s neck, conditioned the Fretboard, adjusted and re-set the bridge to make life a whole lot easier for me as a total beginner.

I am very happy with the service I received from Ness Music. We contacted them just at the start of lockdown and got a reply immediately. This was much appreciated. When they were able to take the trumpet in they were also very quick at sending an email. When I took it in the process was very easy and well organised. Once the trumpet was ready making an appointment for collection was easy. My grandchild is very happy with the work that was done on her trumpet. I would recommend Ness Music to anyone looking for music stuff in Inverness.
