I am pleased with the service
The agent was pleasant and made the transaction easy. However, she still has to send me a revised copy of the ticket which would show the flight schedules without some words split. I hope she will still do the other services she offered e.g., choosing an aisle seat, informing the airline of my food choices, checking me in for the flight and preparing my Philippine e-travel pass and airport assistance.
