Won't replace a $3 remote for a $500 sign
Takes forever to get in touch with them even on the online chat forum.
Two months in and the remote for my sign stopped working (the only thing that operates the sign) They informed me that it was a free gift and wasn't covered by the warranty. Seriously?!!! You're going to annoy customers who buy $500 signs by not sending a $3 remote replacement???? I'll buy the remote elsewhere and never deal with this company again

NeonsignLife exceeded all my expectations. I got a sign for my restaurant's interior decor, and the craftsmanship is outstanding. Lovely signs
The signs that I did receive are lovely; however, I should have received 2 free signs that did not arrive. I was disappointed and so were the girls that I bought these gifts for.
Update: I was very happy to hear from NeonsignLife about the freebie signs and about the minimum purchase price to recieve them. I didn't quite meet that amount so I would just suggest making that apparent at checkout... In any event, the personalized signs that I ordered were well made and packaged really well so they arrived in perfect condition. The girls love them for their new rooms!
