First time playing this app played a little it hit so cashed out just to see how long it took to payout 72 hours..No faster than any other app.
so far so good I actually won a couple decent size jackpots on $.20 spins and had my money within the 72 hours. The biggest issue I have is customer service just ignores every single email.
This is an edit from the review following this one. I went ahead and took one more chance. This time I finally won on several different games. In the process now of redeeming most of the money I had lost previously. Will update on the payment results. But once you start losing after some wins. Get out. First review....I Spent 100 to 150 dollars. Different bets. Several different games. Purchased coins Played and three times never got a hit at all. Other times very seldom got a hit. Just goes on and on with no payback. Some of the money I used to just see if it would keep happening. It did. Lost all Im going to lose there. Im taking mine somewhere else. You might want to do the same.
promises that your winnings will be with you IMMEDIATELY after a 72 hour hold, thats inaccurate, woke up to NO winnings today when i should have had it at 5:15 am if what they promised was true. they dont pay out !!
I actually was able to get above the $100 sc needed to redeem, and I even fumbled and dropped from $98 down to $33 then hit again for $87. So over $100 I redeemed and after getting fully verified they really paid me out.. that’s cool

I didnt have the same experie4nce as the person who posted above. Everything was very smooth generous welcome offer loads of games no lag and I hit a 1000sc grand jackpot in smooth clovers. I have them at 4 stars right now and as soon as I recieve my redemption they will get 5. Oh and also very responsive customer service. Update.....I was paid in full with no unexpected hoops to jump through.
