I've ordered maxi skirt which is absolutely lovely but the length it's insane. I'm 170m and I got 2 sizes M and L large was huge all over and I hoped M will be much better but same crazy long and still too big. I am not sure if those skirt are only for very tall girls if so that should be written on website but length it's way way way too long for some girl with 2 metres I guess would be right. Shame because skirt is absolutely gorgeous. I had to returned both of them. Return policy goes quite smooth but no single communication back from company what is going on with refund. I have to chase them to get any update.

Absolutely lovely coat. Very comfy & a nice fit, Love the colour - bit different to my normal colour range! A really warm coat.Pockets are practical - nice & deep, certainly useful for carrying items without having to resort to a bag.Overall I am very pleased with my coat. Many thanks

I placed an order at 11am and I got an email to say that Neon Rose had already dispatched the items by lunch time! I was absolutely delighted with the dress. So dreamy and suits me so well!

I accidentally ordered 2 of another item but that was my bad. I didn’t think the legnth of the romper was long enough for the torso on my opinion and I have a pretty short torso. The returns service was super easy!

Other than that I had an amazing experience and love that they share photos of people wearing their clothes online.

Attempt to contact customer service failed. My message was undeliverable. I don’t know how to return the coat I purchased. There’s no returns information available. 😡

I returned a coat to Neon Rose worth £80. They never acknowledged receipt of my return and did not refund me despite attempts to get in touch. I am now down £80 and would not recommend using this company.

Great store ! So pleased I’ve found it, I purchased a patchwork coat , stylish fashionable but unique I love it and I’m complimented every time I wear it! A tree is planted with every purchase which is fantastic !!!

Although I like the design of my knitted cardigan it seems to be really cheaply made, with seams looking unfinished. The yarn used also feels cheap.

I love this brand the quality is great, true to size and always a little more funky. Delivery is super speedy and communication tiptop!!
