READ MY PREVIOUS REVIEWS! DO NOT TRUST ! This is why they have 2 stars!!!

Before you even consider this casino, read my previous review.

This is a follow-up because instead of fixing a serious issue, Neon54 is now giving me the runaround and trying to protect their image on Trustpilot.

I requested permanent self-exclusion on February 2 due to a gambling problem. This was acknowledged and I was clearly told my account was permanently closed and could not be reopened.

Despite that, on March 26:
• I received promotional emails
• I was able to log into my account
• I was able to deposit and lose money

This should never happen under any responsible gambling policy.

After I raised this, they responded by offering me a reimbursement described as a “goodwill gesture” — as if they were doing me a favour.

Let’s be clear: this is not a goodwill gesture. This is the result of them failing to enforce a confirmed permanent exclusion, which is one of the most basic and serious responsibilities any casino has.

Since that message, it has now been over 8 days with no follow-up. No payment, no update, no explanation.

What makes this worse is their public reply here telling me to “contact support via Live Chat” as if I haven’t already.

That is completely false.

I have already contacted support multiple times by email and live chat. I am currently waiting after THEY said reimbursement would be processed. Instead of responding, they come here and act like I haven’t reached out just to protect their reputation.

This is exactly why they have a 2-star rating.

Let’s summarize:

• Permanent exclusion was requested and confirmed
• They failed to enforce it
• They allowed further deposits and losses
• They called reimbursement a “goodwill gesture”
• Then went silent for over 8 days
• And now publicly pretend I haven’t contacted them

Read my previous review for the full timeline before trusting this platform.

I am still waiting for:
• The reimbursement for all funds deposited
• A proper written explanation
• Confirmation that my account is permanently and irreversibly closed

Until then, this speaks for itself.

I will def stick here

I dont usually leave any reviews but i feel like i have to do it, because this platform is like a breath of fresh air after all the other websites i played before (and i went through a lot of them lol). I think i came pre-annoyed because of my previous experience but after a week or two a realised i had absolutely nothing to be mad about, everything feels and runs great, good selection of slots, mobile app runs without any freezes and all my payouts came within 48 hours.

Runs great on mobile, which is a plus for me. The downside is the lobby filters resetting when you go back, so you end up re-selecting things. Not a dealbreaker, just repetitive.

The first session was slower only because I couldn’t immediately tell where recent activity and settings were tucked away. I also noticed a small fee affecting the final amount, which I hadn’t clocked upfront. After a day or two I got used to the layout and it stopped bothering me. Overall it felt steady, just with a slightly “learning the menu” first day.

Ich habe ein paar Mal Geld gewonnen – etwa 3.000 Euro – und fast anderthalb Monate lang wurde ich belogen und mir wurde das Geld nicht ausgezahlt!
Es hieß, man könne mit einem Limit von 500 Euro abheben, und nach dem dritten Tag wird einem das Geld wieder gestoppt, mit der Lüge, die Bank habe es zurückgeschickt!
Und so ging der Zirkus 43 Tage lang weiter!

Am Ende habe ich mich entschieden, mein Geld zu verspielen und endlich weg von diesen widerlichen Lügnern zu kommen.

Ein Casino, das nur 500 Euro pro Auszahlung erlaubt – völlige Idioten, erbärmlich!

Leute, steckt niemals Geld dort hinein!!!!

If you win, do not celebrate because you are very unlikely to ever see that money. The maximum withdrawal allowed is only $500 per day, and they claim that reaching higher VIP levels increases the limit to $750 and then $1,200. In reality, this system is designed to push players to gamble more just to access their own winnings, which works completely against you.

They advertise that withdrawals are processed within three business days, but in my experience nothing has been processed at all. I have been playing with this casino for weeks and have not completed a single successful withdrawal despite multiple attempts.

After reaching a new VIP level, a “VIP host” contacting me promising 24/7 support, bonuses, and personal assistance through WhatsApp, Telegram, and email. Since then, I have contacted the “vip host “ numerous times across every platform for over seven days and have received no reply whatsoever. This so-called VIP support appears to be nothing more than an automated message designed to give the illusion of service.

When attempting to freeze or close the account, the situation becomes even worse. Support states that only the VIP manager can close the account, yet the VIP manager does not respond. At the same time, they warn that funds left in the account may not be processed if the account is closed, effectively trapping players and discouraging withdrawals.

Live chat conversations are also frequently closed without resolution, leaving no proper record of your attempts to contact them. I contacted this casino over two weeks ago clearly requesting that my account be permanently closed because gambling on their platform has been causing serious emotional and mental distress. Despite that direct request, my account has remained open and I have continued to be allowed to play, showing a serious lack of concern for player safety and responsible gaming. Responsible gaming policies should be enforced, especially when a player has clearly asked for help. If you look at the rating, there is a reason this casino sits around two stars on Trustpilot — the reviews are real and many players are reporting the same issues. If you have just started using this casino and something feels off, trust your instincts. This platform appears built to keep players depositing while making withdrawals as difficult as possible. Adiamento de pagamentos (RESOLVIDO)

Estou à espera que três pagamentos / levantamentos sejam processados desde 31/12/25. A resposta é sempre que serão "brevemente", "há um ligeiro atraso".
Para além desses três levantamentos, ainda quero fazer um quarto levantamento mas o casino nao permite ter mais de 3 levantamentos pendentes.
Neste momento não aconselho a que façam depósitos neste casino online.
A postura do casino perante os seus jogadores parece-me muito duvidosa.

ACTUALIZAÇÃO:
Apesar de alguma demora, recebi todos os pagamentos em falta hoje (10/01/2026).
