Good investing opportunities with good ROI. Website has user friendly interface. Having some defaults on C- loans but doing great job with legal proceedings. There are no investment fees. Recommend.

Ensuite, le site m'a empêché d'investir parce que je n'ai pas répondu à une question de leur quizz.
Sachant que c est MON argent. Je n'accepte pas que cette entreprise de l'Europe de l'Est puisse disposer de MON argent.

Just got off the phone with Neo. Long story short. 2 car rentals in Abu Dubai with the third caught by me (in Canada) and cancelled. Called immediately after cancelling 3rd charge."we will do an investigation" and card frozen. Two weeks later get statement with Abu Dubai charges still attached. Phone.....apparently Neo allows the vendor 45 days to respond to claim. So Neo points out I need to pay or risk credit rating. Meaning Neo gets to use my money for 45 days. Do the math on hundreds if not thousands of accounts that have paid in my case +/- 1K. I have had spurious charges applied to my cards before. Obvious fraudulent charges were reversed immediately. Not so with Neo and the 45 day waiting period. Read the contract CLOSELY.....I will be responsible for the charges from Abu Dubai. Not sure how they got my info in Abu Dubai.....but they did. Considering how the contract reads ,IE, Neo no fault,.....I suspect very poor security in NEO system
Update as Neo saw fit to try and have this review removed from trust pilot.
Neo finally erased the fraudulent charges. What followed was Neo pestering me for months to pay interest on money that was never owed in the first place. Maybe my credit rating took a hit. But IMHO Neo SHOULD NOT be a consideration when shopping for a credit card

Best p2p platform! The biggest advange is that Neofinance is the most transparent p2p platform which is regulated by Bank of Lithuania.

I got a refund on the alleged fact they do not Revolut payments. Even I wrote them back the IBAN of a licensed classic bank.

I was making a 1 year test with 200 € in autoinvest, but unfortunately a number of investments went Overdue to the limit. The buyback option has high losses. Joining the the commissions, made my investment reach the loss after 1 year.

I would not recommend. It looked promising at the begining, but the way they implement new fees is pushing away new investors. It's absolute true about bad loans and a bit shady activity behind the scene - you will notice that when you start investing - at most cases you'll get only bare details about your customer/applicant which is quite difficult to rely on for investor, and that was one of the biggest factors moved me away from Neo.

Investing for more than 1 years with autoinvesting - no trouble since started. Highly recommend!

Received sales call just now saying I registered my details with them. No, I did not, I've never heard of them. I had a look at the website and I've never seen it in my life. So these are just one of many companies who have obtained data from another investment source that I believe sold my details.

I had to say numerous times I was not interested and the guy still kept trying to push the sales pitch. No. I had to put the phone down as he was not taking the hint even when I was politely, but firmly saying "I had to go back to work, but thanks for contacting me. I am not interested. Goodbye". And then tried to call me back again!

Signed up as I was expecting to make a deposit. Started to get calls and texts asking me why I had not made a deposit. I told them I would be making one from my Monese account and was told that would be fine.

I made the transfer, and it was returned by Neofinance. Apparently it wasn't from a bank account in my name. I got in touch over email and recieved an unhelpful reply. I then used their chat function and their staff disconnected the chat when I asked them why their colleague told me a Monese account would be fine. I guess when faced with evidence of their own mistakes their response is to run away. Thats not a 'bank' I would trust with my investments. Totally shady and hopefully their antics will catch up with them.

In an age where there are so many ways to reach out to your costumers, I do believe that making a voice call should only be a priority when its an urgent matter.
Yet NEO Finance thinks otherwise. Yesterday I got a foreign call (+370 from Lithuania) and I chose not to accept it. Upon googling for the number I found out it was from this service I had signed-up to a few days earlier.
Once I reached out to them I was told the following: "you have registered in our platform, successfully made a transfer but haven‘t started investing yet". So basically a phone call out of no reason when I expressed no concerns whatsoever. I'd have been pleased to receive an email or something asking if things were alright from my side - the costumer. However, calling me from a foreign number sounded a bit too much!
Not trying to be nitpicky, yet I think you should change how you approach your clients in different stages.

Almost month ago, I tried to make a deposit. My first attempt was a transfer from my official bank wich was canceled because my bank requested me to send them information about the recipient 's official coresponding bank for EUR (I asked them, but Neo Finance didn't provide me such information). In the mean time, I've tried to send the money from my Revolut account. one day later they sent me an email that they're declining my transfer because it should be "from licensed bank account and linked to my personal account". Two weeks later the Revolut support team made an ivestigation and it turned out that Neo FInance have never snent back my money. I asked them for bank statement or detailed information about the transfer, and they suddenly stopped to respond me at all. Now I'm still short a big amount of money and they're hiding. My advice is to stay away from this gang of thieves.

they have a really big problem, i have open an account limited i exceded the quota on this account and now i have to open a real account that i want not open... otherwise the company can not give my money back... i have to report this as a really big problem if i give you money you have to resend me money back no matter what,

NEO Finance is the most transparent and user friendly P2P lending platform in Europe. I am very happy with the freedom of choice to invest in A, B and C type loans, starting from just 10 euro. My average return on investment is 14%

Idea is good, but not simple enough. System requires massive checkboxes and confirmations on every loan. Sms codes are extremely annoying making manual investments on many loans nearly impossible at reasonable time. I have tried many similar platforms and guys, you have solid room to improve. Due to this complexity and time consumption you are not my primary platform even if i like it conceptually.

While the criteria for issuing loans could be made stricter, the overall performance is good. I like the serious attitude towards client's money and the fact that they take steps to minimize the platform's risk (I.e. they separate client's money from their own bank accounts).
