NEO Orthodontics is a dynamic orthodontic provider. Our experienced team offers unique, customised care and a range of modern cosmetic and invisible orthodontic braces which create beautiful smiles. Our specialist orthodontists have undergone years of postgraduate training to qualify from the Royal Colleges of Surgeons of England and Edinburgh. Today, NEO Orthodontics is proud to have training practices with open clinic layouts, training orthodontic therapists and experienced dentists wanting to develop their orthodontic skills. With 11 practices across the South East of England, our team provide specialist orthodontic treatment to private and NHS patients of all ages.

Terrible Treatment

My son's braces have broken off three times despite him being extremely careful with what he eats and drinks. Rather than looking at the cause of this we were met with rudeness and accusations blaming him for eating toffees and sugary food - which he hasn't done. I don't take kindly to myself or my son being spoken to in such an abrasive way. He has really struggled with the braces and this has made the whole experience worse. We have just left the appointment and already he feels they are about to come off any minute. I'm dreading going back to face the same treatment.

I love my new smile!

I really liked the friendliness of the staff, they were all kind and helpful and answered any questions I had.
I am very happy with the results of my treatment and I love my new smile.

Easy does it ….

My daughter has just had her braces off after 10 months. The whole experience has been very good. Staff are pleasant, from the front desk to the dentists themselves. Booking is efficient and well planned. No complaints at all. Toothy smiles all round!

Extremely rude receptionist

Extremely rude receptionist. The woman is horrible. Won't come out of the office to talk to you, would rather shout at you from another room! Didn't listen either when trying to book an appointment. Hopeless service. Woman who fitted my Extremely nervous daughter shouted at her as well. Would recommend you try a different dentist! Don't go here unless you want to be shouted at.
