Highly recommended!
Excellent company that goes as far as to cover import fees (making the product much cheaper than from other places). To make things even better, they provide fast (and tracked) delivery! I'd highly recommend this company to anyone!

-Invoice/bill with all costs was missing. It was only included a notice how much shipping had cost.
-no padding for safety of the article.
Otherwise every thing else was ok. ^^

1. Invoices can be printed from your account once your order has been updated as complete. You can access an invoice by visiting your account / order / invoices. From there you can print the invoice should you wish. Due to this functionality we do not ship items with invoices included, only packing slips.
2. We have a 100% successful shipping rate with zero reported damages whilst using our chosen packaging method. Should there be an issue with a shipment our customer support staff are ready to help assist where necessary.

Pre-ordered the 10th Anniversary Miku Nendoroid and it arrived super quick when it came into stock. The figure was well packaged for being sent via the post. Really liked the ability to track the order as well.

Fantastic experience but a little expensive.
Pretty great experience with nendoworld, ordered a nendoroid came within 3 days no hassle whatsoever, decent packaging with no damage to the box.
When I had issues with the website and logging in they responded within 24 hours and were super helpful, have a pre-order for Feb that I'm excited for too!
The only reason why I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is that the figures are on the expensive side and while considering all the shipping and customs stuff you save on makes the prices understandable it still feels a little bad seeing the prices being so high.
