Was great, now terrible.
I've used Nembol for a few years now and had the odd issue. However generally speaking I'd say it was intuitive and reliable.
However they recently completely revamped the platform and it's awful. It's ruined the sync between my selling platforms and customer service is non existent. Previously you would received a reply within ten, fifteen minutes. Now you have to wait days.

I've connected my active Amazon Seller…
I've connected my active Amazon Seller account in hopes to publish my listings to Etsy. Well, the app couldn't do that, complained about shipping dimension issues because it couldn't even import simple inches from a variation or even the parent, then failed to publish to Etsy due to barcodes missing (I'm on Amazon Handmade, we don't need barcodes), but in turn it totally messed up my Variation parents on Seller Central and now I've got a huge headache to solve while my items are invalid. Thanks but no thanks.

Superb Customer Serice
While the Nembol platform did not ultimately work for me (incompatible with my 3rd party vendor), I can't say enough about how great the customer service was. Emanuela and Darlyn where fantastic: quick, timely responses were so appreciated!
they are not flexible
they are not flexible. Not sure why i wasted my time with them. Plus they are stingy when it comes to discounts. So annoying to beg these service providers for help to the point where it doesn't feel like help anymore!
No cancellation option
Everything is fine until you need to cancel. I no longer need an integration service but try as I may I can't cancel the subscription. They are ignoring my messages and still taking payments. I've had to get my bank involved!

I am new to Nembol but have to say I have only praise for this company. I wanted to transfer listings from one ebay to another but added the wrong ebay they helped me via chat and messaging to fix the problem and have been extremely helpful throughout and resolved the problem quickly. I love this site I can now integrate Amazon two ebay accounts and others including Etsy this will prove invaluable to me in my business. Thank you for an excellent service

I am new to Nembol but my first impressions are really good. The support they offer is top class and I have been able to list thousands of products on Etsy with ease. I am so glad I discovered them.
Nembol, an amazing solution to a very complex problem
Nembol has managed to provide a very simple, intuitive and effective front end to a very complex problem of managing listings on multiple platforms. Customer and Tech support was fantastic. It truly felt as if I am receiving a personal service at a boutique store.
Seems good at first
Seems good at first, the you try to upload your Etsy or Ebay listings to Amazon. It doesn't work. It states "contact us" you do but they take ages to respond, you play email ping pong for days with still no answer and work around. They don't even bother to look into your specific problem.

I just want to say that I've been searching tirelessly for a half-decent multichannel listing software for nearly a full year now and you have no idea how frustrating it is to have TOO MANY options to choose from and way too much garbage marketing content to sort through, making it damn near impossible for me to be able to find actual answers without getting "sold to"!
After creating free trial accounts on at least two dozen multichannel apps, one by one they kept falling short of doing exactly what I needed. I was so frustrated that I actually started to seriously consider manually listing my 300+ products manually, one at a time.
Then I found Nembol. Not only did they do everything I expected from a true multichannel listing service, but they make it look so easy! Even better, Nembol charges what I feel like is a fair and appropriate amount of money that I would pay to have my products listed in the many different marketplaces they offer.
Seriously, these other multichannel companies, I feel like they spend so much money on marketing but don't maintain their API one bit! Right now, at least 5 multichannel listing apps don't even have a working WooCommerce plugin for listing integration? Outrageous.
Well, thank you for being you, Nembol. And seriously, thank you for finally solving the biggest problem in my business when literally all of the other companies failed spectacularly.
