I’ve ordered 3 wigs from them. Their wig colors look nothing like what you see on their website, if you even get a choice of color. They have very limited colors to choose from. If you are new to their site you won’t notice there is a TINY LITTLE BUTTON you have to push to choose (able to return). I didn’t see it and when I wanted to return it I emailed them and told them it was my first time ordering and didn’t see the button that I was supposed to hit to choose returns. They absolutely would not make one exception. They did not want to hear it and couldn’t care less that I was a brand new customer. That right there turned me off. I guess they have enough customers because I’ll never buy from them again!

The owner of this company is truly an angel on earth. She goes above and beyond to help her customers in a way that is rare. I am 65 years old, and I can honestly say that the level of customer service I received here is unlike anything I’ve experienced in my lifetime. I purchased Rebecca, Amanda and Aneta units each one is spectacular. This business is a blessing, and I am so grateful to have found it.

She offers some services free that other companies charge their customers. She has a live show a few times a month to show you how they look on a person vs a mannequin or a box.

* Customization- FREE consultations are provided by Nel via FaceTime to new and existing customers. Shopping online can be difficult. She makes it seamless and manages all aspects of the process. She explained every question I had. She'll make recommendations if you ask. She takes the consideration style of your natural hair, color and length to understand what you are used to, You can send her a few photos if you want.

She serves many populations. Models or those who work in certain industries may be required to have a specific color of hair for an event. Other people like the idea of a customized wig to get up, get the kids out the door and save a lot of time on your hair. Just put on and go. Other women like to have different looks.
I am blonde but my natural hair is broken off. Im able to try different lengths, highlights, even colors! I can try different things I never could before because my natural hair won't curl a or won't grow long enough. It's also fun to wear a sassy copper colored wig on a humpback Wednesday maybe even wear green eyeshadow.
The most important people she serves are those who have alopecia, chronic illness, or who have lost their hair due to chemo or other treatments. She makes these women shine. She gives them a piece of their identity that was taken away from them. It may not sound like much but a little bit of control in a chronically ill person or someone who is fighting for their life can make all the difference. I am a nurse I have seen what a small gesture or change can do for a person and their family.

QUALITY- Exceptional quality of Futura synthetic fiber, Japanese Silk blends and human hair options. These wigs are soft, silky and comfortable. The caps are constructed with every component in mind. They have adjustable tabs inside the back of the cap so it's never too tight or too loose.
They also have combs to secure it. I recently went to a Rolling Stones concert in Chicago. When the stones played I rocked. Im 55 and I'm enjoying life doing things I have denied myself. There were not any problems with it shifting, falling off or twisting. THESE ARE GLUELESS!! NO FUSS! 5 minutes!
There is little to no shedding. I never experienced any shedding at all.

The lace front provides you with a natural transition that no one can see. She will even cut the lace for you if you wish FREE OF CHARGE.
The cap is made of breathable material called wefts. It is Lightweight and comfortable without the worry of being hot or itchy like many on the market. There are ear tabs you can use for a custom fit or cut them off. She has petite sizes for those with smaller heads. No one is excluded!!

Affordability- I volunteered in a cancer project center for resources to men and women and children of all ages. Insurance will not pay to replace your hair. You don't have to be going through chemo to lose your hair. I have an auto immune disease. I could not afford any of the wigs available. They were $300 for the budget ones up to $1000. If you can get your identity back so you will leave your house very well may be worth it. But if you have access to a high-quality well constructed long lasting wigs of your color, length and style for much less you can have two or three in different styles or colors.
Most of Nel's wigs are $80 up to $200 if you add many customizations. She does cut the lace for free. Maybe the style of the wig you like is perfect but the length is too long. Before she ships it she'll show you what different lengths look like. You simply tell her what length you like and she will cut it and style it even add more layers for you for a small surcharge. She can even add lift and volume. She can change the entire style based on your wants and needs. Depending upon the wig she can't even change the part from left to right or down the middle. There are other customizations I just can't remember. Shipping is not included.

WIG CARE- It's easy taking care of these wigs. When you take them off simply use a vented brush (she can recommend) and put it on a stand or a hook. You can usually wear a wig 5 to 10 times before washing it. She explains how to but it's super easy.

SUPPORT- Nel explains how to care for your wig, style your wig to an updo or ponytail. If you have longer wigs and want them shorter she can walk you through that. New styles are added often! There are sales as well!
