Initial email this morning with problem call back within the hour. Engineer on site just after 12. Problem diagnosed and then fix within an hour!! Professional engineer polite, tidy and just got in with it.

Excellent Service from Nelson's
Only called to book an appointment the day before so very impressed that we got a next day service.
The engineer arrived when he said he would and was such a nice guy. He found the problem straight away, and repaired only what needed to be repaired. He then took time to give me some guidance to share with our bar staff, with respect to keeping the machine clean etc.

We've had Nelson glasswashers for a good few years now and think they are good value for money, Nelson look after you from start to finish. We've recently started using their own brand glasswash, its sincerely the best, most effective we've ever used. Great communication from the office, you are always made to feel like a valued customer. A great company to work with.

Descaling Nelson dishwasher
In March this year our Nelson dishwasher had become very badly scaled. I rang Customer Services for some advice and was given clear and detailed instructions by Isobel Yelland as to what product to was needed and how to use the descaler. I followed these instructions and was amazed at the result - the machine looked like new! The service I received was excellent, thank you.
