Easy to order, delivered on time and great packaging ensuring all biscuits were delivered in perfect condition.

Been using Nelsons for seasonal treats over the past 3-4 years. Tom delivers beautifully decorated treats that my dog absolutely devours. The Grinchy box is on our must have Christmas list. Come well packaged & estimated timelines are always stated on their socials.

Great service when it came to making and delivery the cake so that it arrived with plenty of shelf life. Very much appreciated!
However this arrived with a spelling mistake which i understand is accidental but after pointing it out to business owner, I’m a bit disheartened to not only have our message read instantly with no reply for several hours but to not receive a sorry from them.
Customer service is a big part of ordering from a small business and unfortunately this has put me off ordering again in the future.

Absolutely gorgeous hand made cake for my dog. Arrived on the correct day, all packaged lovely. My dog is absolutely obsessed with it, she could smell it a mile off. Surprised how big the cake is too, well worth it, and its' absolutely beautiful and actually smells really nice :) Thank you
