No one has responded to our email for a refund and we want to send the 3 tiny ginger seed packets back asap. We have been growing ginger for 15 years on our small farm. Our supplier had sold out of ginger seed rhizomes in Hawaii we wanted so my husband took a chance with Neera seeds. Now we have no seed rhizomes and just 3 packets of tiny black "ginger" seeds for this season that arrived two days ago. We are stunned and the phone number doesnt work. No one has answered our email. I hope the company contacts me and will help me to get a refund by tomorrow. If I dont hear anything I would like help in pursuing this company as a fraud. I hope they are not a total rip off company.

I purchased two seed packets for $36. After much time and care, I have (instead of 2 hard to find drought tolerant perennials) two plants not resembling what I purchased, whatsoever. One is a weed and one is a vegetable. I did contact customer service with pictures of what was grown. They just said that they rely on their seed suppliers for their expertise. This company seems to be essentially a scam.

They sent me a fake tracking number that's the last I heard of them no product they ripped me off

Do not buy from this company. I ordered seeds and took them 6 weeks to send to me. They ignored my emails to cancel the order, sent the seeds anyway, then when they arrived. all the seeds were crushed (basically powdered) and they came in a NON padded envelope... horrible company, will never patronize again.

Scam, bought seeds from here a while ago and haven’t received them yet, it’s been months. No tracking info even tho it said I would get tracking and I’ve asked as well, nothing. I’ve messaged them and they reply but nothing ever changes. My credit card had over $700 in fraudulent charges on it after I bought seeds from this company, wouldn’t be surprised if they were involved.

Neera seeds is a complete fraud! They need to be investigated for fraudulent charges and a complete failure to American consumers, used my credit card and hopefully I will be refunded! They are a Chinese communist scam and they need to be completely removed from ever selling anything in the united states of America

I hate the fact that I have to give it a star. This is an absolute scam. I ordered seeds in June 2025. I kept checking in over the summer and nothing. I emailed them in August and told them I want my money back since nothing came. They kept sending me a tracking number that does not exist and telling me it’s been delivered….. well here I am in March 2026 still waiting for any reply, refund or seeds! It’s a total scam

Stay away from this company, it's a scam. Ordered in Novemebr and have yet to receive anything. Every e.mail to their support is unanswered. This listed phone number on their site does not work and the secondary one anwers with a recorded message "this is not neeraseeds"

Fake site. Should have checked before ordering. They only exist to get your card info.

Edit: Order received, over a month later and seller communication is horrible. Phone number for company is not a valid contact method, but still, the order arrived. Review updated.

Nothing came.
The phone number has "a voicemail that hasn't been set up yet". The address listed on their website is a suburban home in TX.

Update: after months, I got a baggie of seeds. I had blown off all expectation of receiving them. Add two stars. I would still never do business again with them

i ordered $198.00 worth of seeds - 11 deifferent seedlings and receive 3 packs of seeds which are edible seedlings. Contacted the company to request a refund and send photos of what I received. I never hear back

Ordered, paid and got nothing

This is a scam ⚠️🚨 avoid Neera Seeds. I placed an order through the Shop app thinking it was a normal US-facing store, paid in USD, and only later discovered the company is actually based in India. That was not made clear at checkout. After payment, there was no proper tracking number, no shipment confirmation, and no real update despite multiple emails.
Customer support keeps sending the same generic replies saying they will “check and get back,” but nothing actually happens. No proof of dispatch, no timeline, no accountability.
After ordering, I checked independent reviews and found many other people reporting the same experience, orders not arriving, wrong seeds sent, partial quantities, refunds ignored, and support going silent.
I’ve now had to go to my bank to dispute the transaction because I don’t believe the order will be fulfilled. Do not trust this website with your money.

Ordered seeds just before Christmas after several emails some seeds arrived but they were the wrong seed and the label said Tepary been seeds which they were quite obviously not do not buy from this company there fake

Another update.... Well, it looks like this "company" will continue to operate and screw other people. At least one other customer filed a complaint with the BBB. Neuraseeds didn't respond and the complaint went nowhere. I filed a complaint with the FTC and was told that unless they got quite a few complaints, they would not investigate. I also filed a complaint with the State Attorney General. They sent a copy of my complaint to neuraseeds and asked for a response within 15 days. Two weeks after that deadline, I contacted the attorney general to get an update and to let them know that my credit card company is crediting the purchase amount and going after neuraseeds for the money. When the attorney general found out that I got the money back, they closed my complaint case. According to them, they get 25,000 complaints a year and have more important things to worry about, like TicTok harming children.

So, it appears that the only recourse is to dispute the charges with the credit card company. My company gave me 60 days after the purchase to dispute the claim.

This is an update to my original review. I had all of the issues that other customers had. I filed a complaint with the FTC. It is unlikely that the FTC will act on my complaint unless there are numerous FTC complaints. I would appreciate it if all of you also filed a complaint. It is fast and easy. I am also going to file a complaint with the State Attorney General, which has jurisdiction over multi-state e-commerce companies. It looks like filing with the state attorney General may be more successful than the FTC. It would be great if all of you also filed complaints in your state. I also called my credit card company and filed a dispute claim. I hope all of the reviewers check these reviews again and file similar complaints. I wanted to send a response to your reviews but was unable to.

What a scam. I wish I had read the reviews before making a purchase. I will include more details later when I have time. We need to band together to get our money back and force the closure of this "company." Noone else should go through what we all have gone through.

I order several packets of seeds from Neeraseeds on Dec. 9th. that totaled $54.00. I received a confirmation email the same day stating: We're getting your order ready to ship. We will notify you when it has been sent.
On December 30th, I sent an email asking when the seeds would be shipped since I had not received any tracking number or confirmation that they had actually been shipped.
The response was sent January 3rd: Your order is currently in transit and will be delivered soon.
Due to recent holidays, the shipment was delayed. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Thank you for your patience.
Today, January 10th I attempted to track the order, but there is not tracking number.
I tried to call them, but received a voicemail message stating, "This is NOT Neeraseeds."
Since I debited the transaction, I have no recourse to get my money back.

I received a tiny packet of white millet instead of ginger lily seeds. Do jot trust this company !!!!
