Ich habe eine Lampe bestellt und sie direkt über Paypal bezahlt. Ich habe danach nie eine Bestellbestätigung, geschweige denn eine Versandbestätigung erhalten!!!!!!
Geld ist weg und die Lampe kommt nicht! Das gibt’s nicht. Schlechteste Seite, auf der ich je bestellt habe!!!!

Wir möchten gerne verstehen, was schiefgelaufen ist, und so schnell wie möglich eine Lösung finden.
Called about a refund not credited to…
Called about a refund not credited to me. Ross in customer service said that they sent a coupon for use. It probably went to spam folder.
Said a refund to my bank would take up to 16 business days.
Told him fine, I can scratch Needen off my list, I don’t need that kind of service. The company takes it within minutes but takes up to a month to get it back.
He said he would try to fast track it. So I ended up seeing it in my bank within a few days.
His response to try to make it right allowed me to keep Needen on my use list. ( I really appreciated the next day delivery of 20 shirts).

This compagny went down the drain. Placed my order on 27 februari 2025 en still it is not shipped while the products are in stock. The do not respond to e-mails, there phone is disconnected. Guess it is time to cancel my order and get my money back. There FAQ section on there website does not work anymore. Every questions has the same answer. What a big disappointment!

Achtung!!! Finger weg!!!
Ich habe eine Kosmetiktasche über needed bestellt und nach über 12 Tagen ein sehr sehr minderwertiges Produkt erhalten, welches in einer Plastiktüte verpackt war. Chinesische Zeichen auf der Verpackung!
Habe dann den Kundenservice bzgl. eines Retourelabels kontaktiert. Leider war hier nur die Info, dass sie dies nicht ausstellen könnten und ich die Retoure selbst bezahlen muss.
Ich habe für das Produkt mehr als 30€ bezahlt. Bei Temu habe ich später das identische Produkt für 3€ gefunden.
Sorry, das ist einfach nur schlecht und unverschämt. Nie wieder!!!!
