I bought about six services and products, tried to use them, and only one worked. Access to support is nonexistent. They have a Discord server where you can't get in touch, and a Telegram account where you also can't message them. I absolutely do not recommend them.

I purchased the item using their old Terms of Service, but eventually, they updated the TOS and attempted to state that I, by default, was held to the new TOS, even though I had not used their site, made a new purchase, or accepted the new terms. When I brought this to their attention, they refused to follow their own rules, which specified that only those customers who continued purchasing and using the site were expected to accept the new terms.
They also tried to reduce the warranty period after the sale, which is both unjust and strictly prohibited by consumer protection policies. The manner of these individuals regarding consumer support is very unprofessional, and they do not take any accountability for errors committed by them.
This whole experience suffers from a lack of transparency, accountability, and consumer respect. I do not recommend this store at all.
More than half the products dont work and staff makes it a long and tedious process to get a replacement, they dont check any of their products before posting them on their store.
