My first experience earlier the same day was not so great. In fact, it was frustrating. I didn't like that someone was trying to force a price of more than I could afford. So I canceled that deal. Later on in the same day, Daizy Scott contacted me with a deal that was within my price range and with my dates and the times. She continued to text me to let me know that the deal was complete. In the end I am a satisfied customer.

Great customer support

I saw a great price on plane tickets from them. Unfortunately, it turned out those tickets were already taken so I was concerned that my trip would be ruined. However, thanks to Dave, a better deal was found and my trip is saved!

Issac was extremely professional and helpful with booking my vacation flights. We were booking a family vacation from 2 different airports to Punta Cana. He not only was professional, polite but was friendly and worked to help make our plans work. He us a very personable employee and his supervisors should be proud to have him as an employee!!

Issac was such amazing help! He helped me find the best deal walked me through the entire process even called me every time he emailed me to confirm I received everything. Stayed on the phone with me while I pulled up the confirmation through Southwest. I will definitely use Isaac again for my travel inquiries!

Issac at Neattravels went above and beyond providing air travel booking assistance. He was very professional in his approach and did everything exactly as he said he would do. Excellent communicator with great follow up on commitments made. Neattravels is very fortunate to have Issac on their team and I would highly recommend them when making travel arrangements. Definitely should ask for Issac, you won’t be disappointed. Top notch in all aspects.

Daizy was awesome she followed up with me to help us when the flight got full and then when our hotel and resort caused us problems and we were not sure we could find a new spot to work for us. She stayed in contact and truly was awesome to work with and would highly tell anyone to use her!
