Bought shoes for birthday surprise and its not fit. When I tried to exchange the size they are saying it was on sales. Pathetic customer expirence never buys agains.

Ordered shoes online, defective product received.
Very difficult to get a response from customer support.
Finally they told me to visit a branch to solve the issue.
The branch manager was very rude and passive aggressive.
The replaced product developed issues within a day.

Will never buy NDURE again.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent online shopping experience with Ndure.

After waiting six days for delivery, I received my shoes worth Rs. 8,044 without the original shoe box or any protective packaging. The shoes were simply placed inside a thin envelope and dispatched from the Ndure Gujrat warehouse.

This level of negligence is unacceptable for a reputed footwear brand. Proper packaging is essential to protect the product during transit. Sending premium shoes without their box not only risks damaging the product but also demonstrates a complete lack of quality control and customer care.

I have attached photographs as evidence of the condition in which the parcel was received.

I hope Ndure investigates this incident, holds the responsible staff accountable, and ensures that no other customer experiences such poor service. A brand's reputation is built not only on the quality of its products but also on the care it shows its customers.

Unfortunately, this experience has significantly reduced my confidence in ordering from Ndure online.

I recently purchased from Endure and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.

I was overcharged in-store, and rather than making a scene at the time, I decided to contact their customer service afterwards to resolve it properly. However, the customer service experience was just as poor. I provided my receipt and proof of the overcharge, but they were not helpful and did not resolve the issue.

It’s really disappointing, as I expected better. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend them and I won’t be purchasing from them again.

I am also concerned about the fact that the shopping bag carries the company's logo and branding. If customers are being charged separately for the bag, the company is effectively recovering its cost from the customer while simultaneously using the bag as a marketing tool to advertise its brand. This creates a negative customer experience and gives the impression that the company is benefiting twice—once through the sale of the bag and again through free brand promotion. Such practices can damage customer trust and leave a poor impression of the brand in the market. Businesses should prioritize transparency and customer satisfaction rather than shifting promotional costs onto customers.

Worst experience with ndure.com. Extremely poor customer service. Ordered shoes online, wrong size received, and no one is helping with exchange. Every branch gives excuses and online support is useless. Totally disappointed. Waste of time and money

I paid in full for a pair of shoes and never received my parcel. It has been a long time since the order, and despite multiple attempts to contact the company, they are not responding to my calls or messages. Very unprofessional service. This feels like a scam. I would not recommend anyone to order from them.

I bought a pair of Ndure shoes (New Arrival) in October, and within one and half month of normal use, the shoes got torn, which clearly shows poor quality. When I reported the issue, I was told about the 30-day policy, which is unfair because a branded shoe should last much longer.

This is not misuse but a quality issue. I request a replacement or proper resolution....

I have bought women sneakers recently and they sent me a wrong order. I returned their parcel on 5th December and till today they aren't giving me back my money or correct order. They seem like scammers at this point

I suggest all to go to your nearby store and purchase ndure shoes but not online as they turn it into a worst experience by their poor online services

I recently bought ndure NRG+ shoes and there glue sucks it torned out the shoes and the company is not claiming I said I want a single shoe but I want new charge some money for new shoe but they don't reply worst experience with ndure

I placed a prepaid order on 21st July, and today is 28th July – I still haven’t received my order. I tried calling your customer support, but no one answered. I also emailed the help desk, but received no response at all. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

On top of that, your help center takes 3–4 days just to reply, if at all. Last time, I ordered shoes and just a day before the expected delivery, my order was canceled because you suddenly increased the prices. Then, a week later, you sent a coupon code – which was completely useless and only wasted my time.
