Wow, I am so pleased with the bespoke tank ND Aquatics have made for me. Andrew was so helpful from start to finish, I gave him the measurements of the opening and he guided me through the size I required. The tank turned up and was fantastic. Today we have installed this into the wall, just left for me to paint the walls and fill the tank and and add the fish. I would not go anywhere else ever, ND are very professional and have made quality fish tanks for years.

Received with aquarium on Friday 6ftx2ftx2ft and I have to say it's superb , build quality and finish on both Aquarium and Cabinet is fantastic, it looks a million dollars especially with having the opti white glass all round, Many thanks Andy for all your assistance.

Ordered my 8x2x2 tank from nd aquatics they said it will take 9-14 weeks but I had it in 8 weeks communication was brilliant let me no step by step of tank build and Andrew was a pleasure to speak to and dom was very helpful when he delivered the tank highly recommend buying from them.

Friendly customer service! The delivery driver very friendly and helpful. The tank itself is 7ft x 2ft x 2ft with the cabinet. All built sturdy and solid to highest quality! I couldn’t recommend enough and would use again

Outstanding customer service for very unique project. Very helpful and accommodating with fantastic results.

Customer service fantastic with constant updates on order. Tank professionally finished to a very high quality. Delivery service as optional extra fantastic. Couldn't fault anything that ND has done. All staff were very friendly and helpful. All in all there was nothing I could fault with this company.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Service help and advice was perfect. Delivery was quick and driver was professional friendly and ever so helpful. The tank itself is pure quality professionally built and it shows. Can’t recommend enough if you’re looking for a new aquarium.

I wish to make it clear I am NOT sponsored in any form by ND Aquatics and this is a true and honest review. Its simple, you have aquarium manufactures and you have ND Aquatics, its that simple. Ive been a fish keeper for 60 years, Ive had tanks from companies that say they're the best etc. Well trust me they are not, the quality of the tanks from ND are second to none, period. In fact, none come close even. This is the second one Ive had and from my first phone calls to receiving the tank its been a pleasure. Thank you, Andy, it was a pleasure doing business with your company and talking to you. Also thank you to Mark who delivered the tank, he even phoned me the night before to check everything was okay for delivery. I highly recommend ND, if you want a tank, just get one from ND, don't bother elsewhere.

Ordered tank, sump and cabinet from ND Aquatics. Quality is first class. I have bought two tanks from them previously and always come back for the next one. Cannot recommend them enough. Great communication, safe and helpful delivery and a pleasure to deal with. If you need anything aquarium related this company is excellent. A+

My Experience with ND Aquatics So Far

After a great deal of research, I decided to have my aquariums built by ND Aquatics. Their reputation for producing high-quality custom aquariums spoke for itself and was one of the main reasons I travelled to visit their premises, where I met both Andrew and Dom before placing my order.

I ordered two custom aquariums: a 72” × 30” × 24” display tank and a 48” × 30” × 24” quarantine aquarium. I was quoted a lead time of 12–14 weeks, and both tanks were delivered exactly 12 weeks later. ND Aquatics are a very busy company, so I expected there would be a wait, but Andrew was true to his word. One comment he made has stayed with me throughout the process: “I’d rather give you an honest delivery time than one that simply suits your ears.” That honesty gave me confidence from the outset.

Rather than continually chasing for updates, I left them to get on with building the aquariums. I did have a few questions during the process, and whenever I emailed, I received a prompt and helpful reply, usually the same day.

Delivery day was equally impressive. Dom arrived with all the specialist equipment needed to move large, heavy glass aquariums safely, including suction lifters, ramps and a transport trolley. It was immediately obvious that he knew exactly what he was doing. Together with a friend, we unloaded both aquariums into the conservatory and the cabinet into the garage without any issues. Since then, we have moved the aquariums into the rooms where they will eventually be installed.

Now that I have had the opportunity to see them properly, I can honestly say I am delighted with the quality of the workmanship. The silicone work is neat, the finish is excellent, and both aquariums look every bit as good as I had hoped they would.

At the time of writing, the aquariums have not yet been filled, as I am waiting until the recommended commissioning stage. There is still plenty of work to complete before that point, including installing equipment, hardscape and planting. Once the systems are running and the fish are settled, I will return with a follow-up review covering their performance over time.

Based on my experience so far, however, I have absolutely no regrets about choosing ND Aquatics. From my initial visit, through ordering, communication and delivery, the whole experience has been friendly, professional and honest. Most importantly, they have supplied two beautifully built custom aquariums that I am proud to own.

Thank you to Andrew, Dom and everyone at ND Aquatics. I look forward to sharing the next chapter once the aquariums are commissioned and in full operation.

The sump was beautifully made to the highest professional standard. It was worth the wait!🤣 The pallet packaging was excellent. In my experience of fish keeping for over 30years, this is the best tropical sump I have. Keep up the good work Andy & Team.

This is my 4th tank from them, all been made to very high standards.this time I had to wait 14 weeks after being told 7 in the beginning. I would use again even though there was a hiccup with this one.i had to pay a company to bring the tank and base in,it was cancelled by the delivery company from Friday to monday.so I had to pay the company twice I informed Andrew about this and im still waiting for a reply.little things like this let's the company down.

Thank you ndaqautics for my amazing tank, would definitely recommend,

Second aquarium from ND, first one is going strong from 2016 but needed a bigger upgrade. Was disappointed to hear there would be a long wait, but knew it would be worth it. Only ended up waiting 5 weeks, aquarium looks fantastic, great craftsmanship, will definitely use again.

Great from start to finish
Bespoke tank, amazing delivery
10/10

Excellent tank from ND Aquatics, made to measure and working very well. A bit of a drama getting the tank delivered, but finally arrived and have no complaints at all. Would certainly use them again.

Really happy with the sump ND Aquatics made for my marine setup. The whole experience was spot on from start to finish. Communication was brilliant—always quick to reply and really easy to deal with.
The sump itself is top quality, nicely built and exactly what I wanted. Price was very reasonable too, which was a nice bonus.
Couldn’t fault them at all—great company and I’d definitely use them again 👍

Absolute perfection once again! Andrew built a 6ft reef tank and steel stand for me years back that was stunning, so he was the only person I trusted for this new project. I needed a custom steel stand for an AquaOne ReefSys 255 with a specific cutout layout for the pipes. Because my floor is wonky, it also required adjustable feet. I gave Andrew my designs and measurements, and just two weeks later, it was delivered to my door. The build is exact, the quality is unquestionable, and it looks absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much!
