I’ve been using Navexa for the past few years to track and manage my investment portfolio, and I’ve been very happy with the platform. It provides a clear and convenient way to monitor portfolio performance, analyse investments, and keep track of my overall position.

What has also stood out to me is the quality of customer support. During my recent renewal process, the support team was excellent—responsive, helpful, and professional. They made the process straightforward and were genuinely focused on helping me.

Super easy and effective product. I'm a boutique fund manager and use Navexa to track my portfolio. Saves me having to build it myself and at a fraction of the cost. Customer service is great. Would highly recommend.

I loved this service last time I used it but this time the prices are insane. $20 a month was steep but worth it for the features but the price it is now I'd never consider paying that much. I'm using a service like this again sadly not as good but 35 a month cheaper.

Literally the fastest customer service people ever. I had an issue with my trial, and it was fixed in 20 minutes. AND importing all of my holdings from other platfforms made my tax return a breeze. The site is easy to use, and extremely efficient. Thanks!

Overall, I am satisfied with the app. It keeps track of capital gains and dividends and franked credits which I needed badly.

Best portfolio tracking software in the business.

Very professional and trustworthy. Any issues are immediately attended to and instantly solved.

The company is responsive to questions and its AI help is quite comprehensive. For a non accountant I need to learn the significance of anaylsing how the portfolio is going. It is good to have crypto tracked for tax and all other investments in one place.

I don't know why it took me so long to start using this. I tried a few similar products but kept coming back to Navexa because the pricing was better and I preferred the look and feel of the UI.

So far it's been great. Importing data from my brokerage accounts was simple and just worked, and once the integrations were set up, all my trades started flowing through automatically.

The support has also been excellent. I had a pretty embarrassing "user error" moment, the kind where you say, "I swear I didn't change anything and it looks different now!" 😂 The team was quick to help and got me back on track.

One thing to note: when you first contact support via chat or email, you'll usually receive an AI response. Don't be alarmed, it may actually solve your issue. If you need a person, simply say "I need a human" and someone will get back to you. In an age of endless loops with AI support bots, that was refreshing to see.

Useful tool for Australian investors. Good speedy support too!

Much more modern, better looking and easier to undertand than Sharesight. Their support team is fast to response as well. I can't imagine anyone who are serious in buying stocks to go without it (how would you actually know how your portfolio perform otherwise and how would you do CGT?)

I found that this is an excellent tool, because I invest mostly outside of Australia I wanted something that has a great knowledge of world markets and I found that with Navexa. I have tried a couple of other tracking tools and they are not as intuitive as this system. Kudos to them and I will continue to pay for a subscription as long as they keep up the great service
