Mirror arrived and worked on Christmas Day, after that the item would not charge. Sent video of item and it was agreed to send a replacement out. Over 3 months later nothing received and emails go un answered. Fraudsters, avoid at all cost, shut the site down.
Do not buy from this company. Mirror came stopped working. Sent video like they asked after numerous email to them which they don't reply to. They agreed to send new one this was about 2 - 3 weeks ago and still no replacement. Customer service is utterly non existent. Very poor service. Please stay away from them
Do not buy from this company, total scam! Mirror arrived smashed which seems to be a common problem. Contacted customer services. Received an initial response but have since been ignored despite numerous emails over the past month or so trying to get a refund. Don’t waste your money, you can buy the same product elsewhere much cheaper.
Terrible company. Bought an item 06/12/2025. Sent an illuminated make up mirror with minimal packaging. Was damaged. Received in January 2026
Emailed them with this issue. They required photographic evidence which was sent.This was their reply:

We will send you a free replacement right away — and as a sincere apology for the inconvenience, we’ll also include an extra complimentary gift in your parcel.
Could you please confirm whether you would like the same colour, or if you prefer a different one?
As soon as we receive your confirmation, we’ll dispatch your replacement immediately and share the new tracking details with you.

Since this email i have heard nothing from them. I have emailed everyday ,with no reply.

Please do not buy anything from this company mirror arrived damaged luckily I paid through PayPal even though they told me to cancel the case with PayPal and they would refund me. They never ever did and I never heard from them again 😡😡😡
Don’t order from here, mirror turned up broken and now are NOT responding back to emails or refunding!
Luckily I bought using Paypal and if other buyers used Paypal you can make a claim. I am currently in a dispute with Naverio. They came back to me because of the Paypal claim and encouraged to cancel the claim. I have refused to do this. AVOID THIS COMPANY
As wither other reviews, I ordered a Make up mirror for my partner as a Christmas present. On opening the mirror on Christmas Day my partner found that the main mirror had cracked. Tried 6 times to contact this company via email, but email keeps being returned as undelivered, I can't find another way of contacting customer services dept. Suspect a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Same as the above review. Mirror was broken when delivered and their customer service email address returns all emails as undelivered. Can only assume this company is a scam, at least when it comes to their return policy and quality promise.

As per their instructions and quality promise, i contacted their customer service address 'info@nav....' 3 times with all attempts returned as undeliverable.
