I started my fitness journey quite late...mostly cardio,strength and conditioning and dance formats...but then somebody suggested yoga for relaxation...destressing and rejuvenating on rest days.I started with Naveen Sharma with the Hatha Yoga and Pranayama sessions...and started enjoying them.He has the awesome ability to make difficult postures look doable in steps and stages...motivating in ways...that you keep on trying with faith. He has a wonderful way of teaching...simplifying the yoga postures...be it power...hatha...vinayasa..and the sessions you just love and breeze through.The calmness of his personality leaves you thoroughly relaxed and refreshed.

I was never a yoga person. I have been doing all forms of excercises but Yoga never attracted me...though i tried few times.
One day during Covid lock down, when all fitness centers were closed and YouTube was the only way, I bumped into a YouTube video of Naveen Shrama. I was amazed to see...explanation of all the asanas was such excellent that he not only discussed the correct postures but also talked about the probable mistakes. That is very important when you are doing it online and your coach is not there to correct you. It is like DIY YOGA.
A person like me who never finds yoga interesting started doing it by watching his videos. Than I started following him religiously for yoga and pranayam sessions.
I owe my health, fitness and mental peace to all the yoga sessions I have done under his guidance.
He is my YOGA GURU in real sense.

I have been attending his classes from sometime and he is excellent with his communication, postures.
Even in group you would get personal attention and lot of focus.

i am attending Naveen Sharma's yoga classes for about a year now. he has immense depth of concepts and is also a brilliant teacher of all forms of yoga, - pranayama, hatha yoga, power yoga, yoga for relaxation, yoga to relieve specific aliments etc. his ability to teach even the most complex poses is simply beyond description. infact, with his guidance I was able to inprove my hypothyroidism condition.

Naveen is one of the best yoga teachers I have come across. He explains each and every asana in detail and is vigilant about keeping a check on the performance of each and every participant attending his sessions which I believe is not very easy in online classes.
Moreover he has this gentle and warm smile on his face always which motivates us to perform better. Thanks a lot Naveen 🙏

Naveen knows how to simplify any asana and makes it easier for beginners like me. He explains perfectly and helps you to understand the importance of a particular asana. Love to attend his sessions.

Naveen is an awesome trainer with a beautiful smile always. He explains all the asanas in details like how to breath and when to breath. I attended his first live interactive class and from that day, I love his classes whether its for beginners or intermediates.
He explains the asanas in such a way that the beginners will be able to understand complex poses with ease.
Earlier for me yoga means kapalbhati or few other asanas which was very difficult for me. After attending his Pranayama sessions, I am able to do breathing sessions easily.
He is very amazing yoga guru who keeps motivating you and will be available to answer all your queries 24*7.

A Wonderful Yoga guru.
Naveen ji provides clear instructions coupled with great demonstration and with ever smiling face makes any difficult posture easy.
My very first Power Yoga session was with who else, but with Naveen ji and i really liked it and started doing Power Yoga sessions only because of Naveen ji.. Though i haven't got a chance to meet him personally, just by attending all the sessions virtually, i feel as if he is just beside me and guiding me throughout.

I started practicing yoga recently. The way in which Naveen explains each posture n breathing techniques is very easy to follow for a beginner like me.
