I found their product, Natures Roots Lymphatic Drainage drops on Facebook.. There was a deal where you bought 2 bottles and got a third one free.. It wasn't cheap.. But only 2 bottles arrived..I emailed them, and they said I hadn't ordered in the right place to get the one free.. Then a couple of weeks later, I got an email saying another bottle will be arriving on 22nd April on my subscription...I emailed them right away as I was unaware of the subscription, didn't see anything about it when I ordered..They said oh yes, that was the deal you wanted, and signed up for! They offered 50% off or to delay the delivery, but I said no--I didn't know anything about it--they then sent a link of some small print about cancelling.. which I found quite offensive to be honest..There was nowhere to see that when I placed the order...Lucky I paid by Paypal and I was able to go and cancel payments to this scam company anymore....I didn't even realise that PayPal was set up for monthly payments!!! Everyone needs to beware of Nature's Roots....not good at all...

Another person conned by the subscription without having a clue! Cannot even find my original order email, but have asked them to cancel and they just send an automated reply! Don’t buy from here absolute joke!!

This company has been very unprofessional with my order. I had placed an order 2 months ago and have since requested a refund because I have not seen any actual tracking information as well as do not want the product due to health issues of my own. They have blown off my request to cancel my order even though it has been severely delayed and will not acknowledge my request.
Instead continue to ensure that it has been shipped when I have not received my order or any tracking information. It makes me distrust the product and continued frustration of just wanting to cancel it

Purchased lympatic drainage drops (has no impact) however to my shock was charged £23 quid the month after my first order. Unknown to me it was subscription. I have no email trace to declare this. Do not buy from here. When I contacted them was offered useless discount code. Why would I purchase again from this site knowing you can just take money from my account? I will make sure I get my money back you scam artisits !!!

Absolute scam! Signed me up for a subscription I never agreed to then continued to offer me alternatives/dsicounts!! Shocking service ran by con artists

Please do not make the same mistake as me on the payment page their is a tick box for future subscriptions which I didn't notice I cancelled the subscription and the order straight away but low and behold it's been shipped what a miracle they are now offering me 50% off my order what if I don't receive it then it's 50% of nothing they have a clause that when you purchase your first order you are automatically purchasing a second please be careful what a scam

I bought blackcurrant powder costing £50. It arrived and I found that the original labelled packaging it was in had broken before posting so it had been put into a plastic bag and then into another stronger plastic bag and posted. On opening the plastic bag they had put the broken bag into was also split which meant the powder had gone into the posting packaging and all over the invoice. Powder was everywhere. I emailed that morning to explain what had happened and requested a replacement. After several days I had no reply so I tried to find a telephone number but the company doesn't have a working one so I then messaged them via the web site. No response again. I then read the reviews and realised that for many people they are far from being an ethical business. Two weeks on and still no response. It makes you wonder whether their products are what they say or if it is all a complete rip off.

Such a shame. Don't deal with them!

Unfortunately, Natures Root packaging is not adequate and my orders keep arriving with splits in the bag. The powder contents spilling into the plastic postal packaging . Natures Root have not replied to my emails requesting placement or refund.

DO NOT BUY!!

Their products are fake, only god knows what they're actually selling, very dangerous!

They also do not respond to ANY customer service touch points, I've sent the products I bought back to them and I'm having to go down a bank chargeback claim as they simply don't respond to anything.

Not sure if the company has given up or burying its head in the sand but the customers are paying the price. Sort it out!

I bought some marshmallow root powder from them to use for digestive issues. I have been using marshmallow root powder from other suppliers for years. The product that Natures Root sent either wasn't marshmallow root powder or was of extremely low quality. The powder didn't thicken when mixed with water like marshmallow root powder should do, due to it's soothing mucilage properties, it made my throat sore and irritated for hours after consumption and smelt and tasted really bad. I don't trust that this product is even safe to consume. The powder sent to me could have been anything for all I know. The package simply said it 'Premium Marshmallow Root Powder' but didn't provide any other information. Anyone could put some suspect powder in a packet and claim it is something else. Are these products actually regulated? Is this company just making a lot of money through the health industry and false claims about their products?

I contacted the company to ask for a refund and have had no reply. Luckily I paid through PayPal and had to escalate a dispute to a claim as I didn't get any response from Natures Root via PayPal either. Because Natures Root didn't bother to respond, I won the case and the money was refunded to me.

Do not waste your money and do not buy from this company.

I've ordered from Nature's Root before and all been fine, however I ordered from them on 13 February. The total order came to £169.96. To date I still haven’t received my order or a refund.

I've tried contacting them on numerous occasions - email, phone, their website contact form, Messenger and Instagram to no avail. I've written a physical letter to them and can see it was delivered on the tracking but still have not heard anything from them.

Please do not buy from them!

I have been waiting for the package for 20 days. A tracking number was created by DHL and communicated to me via email. However, the package was never dispatched for shipping. This is fraud on my part. I have not received any response to my emails or to my message on Facebook via Messenger, let alone a refund of the amount paid.

Note: After several unanswered calls, a response on Messenger, and numerous emails, I finally received my order after five weeks without any comments. While the product was flawless, the service left much to be desired. I will not be ordering from them again.

Do not order. You will not receive your order or get a reply.

Ordered Astragalus (organic), as recommended by others, however no list of ingrediencies on the packet.

Second batch, the texture and taste was different and the list of contents was carbohydrates, saturated fat, sugars, etc which was surprising for an organic root.
I just wonder whether it is an organic product?

Natures Root are always prompt with their deliveries/ I have purchased from them many times and will continue to re-order as the products are exceptional in both quality and value for money.

They do not list any of their ingredients.

I tried to purchase Kale powder but when I opened the bag there was a white powder inside. I have been purchasing various green powders for about 30 years and none of them have ever been white. Then I contacted Natures Roots, as I thought there must have been a mistake and whatever the white powder was had been mislabelled. I was told by customer service that the white powder was in fact kale powder! I am not sure what type of processing would turn green kale into white powder, but I was not happy to consume it. Customer service agreed to issue a refund. I returned the powder and waited 4 weeks but still no refund. I sent a couple of emails with no reply. Thankfully I had purchased it via PayPal. I contacted the seller through PayPal and was issued a refund the next day. Feel free to draw your own conclusion.

Excellent quality of products
Just wish the packet resealant was more functional. So difficult to close properly once open. I think the sealant groove on the package which is very narrow needs to be wider so that package can close more effectively

I recommend strongly to never order nothing .for many reasons.not easy to have contact ,no recieve the orders .they want resouder problem .
