My recent order arrived damaged. One peck block completely crushed and unusable. I emailed you requesting a replacement but haven’t had a reply. I’m disappointed as your company is usually reliable.

Lovely forage and service

Easy ordering
Easy ordering, fast delivery, packaged well. My tadpoles have become froglets and we have hundreds, so they have thrived on the tadpole food.
The birds absolutely loved the filled coconut shells too!

What started with a delivery problem
What started with a delivery problem, made worse by the fact that the jars are not labelled at all, was owned and dealt with by the customer services team, positively and swiftly. Five stars for after sales. Hopefully packaging and printing will follow their lead. The birds seem too like the product emptying the jars quickly. Blue tits, Woodpeckers, to name two of many.
