Is shilajit purified?
Hi, please may you confirm if your mountain blood shilajit is purified? I gave it a 2 star as I’m happy with the ordering process also delivery. Once I have confirmation I will change my review.

Hi Zubair,
Our shilajit is harvested by locals in Siberia. We then process the raw material with boiling water (to dissolve the shilajit from the rock and kill any bacteria). It is then filtered through a minimum 7 stage sieve filtration process before being dried to remove much of the water content and leave the sticky resinous substance we know as shilajit.
It is then independently lab tested in the UK for heavy metals and we're proud to say, we have the lowest in the shilajit space. You can request these lab certificates on our website at https://natureprovides.com/mbr

Super supplement
The exceptionally good and minimal product line is what drew me to this brand. I used the B12 with great result and decided to try more of the products. The whole ordering experience was very good from navigating the website to accepting the delivery.

Retraction of earlier review
I previously posted a 1 star review of Nature Provides which I want to retract. I did receive my order in timely fashion and was pleased with the packaging and service iI received. I must apologise to Gavin and the other staff at Nature Provides for their understanding of my mistake. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family

Outstanding quality and impeccable customer service. A true gem of a company !
The products are of the highest standard and quality without any fillers, bulking agents and other questionable ingredients. This is a company that creates quality and provides quality throughout their store, I have recommended many for this reason alone. In a world full of smoke and mirrors where supplements / vitamins are sourced with questionable ingredients, this is a company that goes above and beyond to provide the best to the public, even willing to share a CoA upon request. I suffer with Osteoporosis/arthritis/fibromyalgia & have other musculosketal issues. I hate taking tablets, so to be able to take liquid forms of vital components I need is just great. Vitamin D3+K2 so easy to take, as is the Bioactive B12. Excellent company to deal with. Highly recommended

Just started using Boswellia Serrata…
Just started using Boswellia Serrata from Nature Provides for a knee issue I've had for some time. Already, the knee feels better/less sore and I'm able to walk for miles without discomfort. I'm hoping that after another week, I'll have no pain in my joints.
