The box arrived on time
The box arrived on time, and it was so lovely to receive a package that was personalised for my dog. I love the discovery box, because that way my dog got to try out all the different treats. Now that I know his favorites, I can customise my own box. Great quality of treats: my dog loves them!

Bons produits

A good selection. Win and loose on the total price!
A good selection again, which arrived very quickly.
Encouraged to purchase extra to gain free postage. O.k.
Then encouraged to use some of my points which obviously then took my total back up, meaning that I needed to pay postage!!
No great problem as postage is very reasonable.

Good company to order from.
James was very helpful when I had problem with the website. The order was processed quickly. The only problem I almost had, was delivery was dpd who are not very good in my experience. They told me my order was coming 10/06 and it actually turned up, without prior notification on 7/06. Luckily I was at home as a trip to the dpd depot would have been 100kms round trip.

Tolles Konzept!
