AVOID!! Absolutely terrible experience with this company. They have totally ruined our sisal carpet. There were some very very minor small marks from milk spillage on the carpet and after the cleaning procedure the colour has been stripped from the carpet entirely in huge patches. See one of the area photos attached - there are 3 more just like this. I was warned the small stains may not come out which we accepted but we were not told the colour would be stripped out entirely. The carpet has never been cleaned using any home remedies or domestic products as I am well aware of the risks. The carpet is relatively new and other than a few tiny small milk splashes was in great condition. The owner also insinuated I was trying to get a free carpet on them!? I simply asked if they could claim on their insurance as it is ruined beyond repair. There was nothing drastically wrong with it until you touched it. I think this says a lot about your character and the type of business you operate. The company will take no responsibility which is absolutely shocking and I will take the matter further. They may say they know how to clean natural fibre carpets but clearly have no idea. Stay away!

Their response time via email is extremely slow and I have found organising collection of my rugs difficult, to the point where i have given up and will go with another company. Email responses have not all been, in my opinion, what I would consider professional and the delay in response time has meant I have a very low opinion of their customer service to the extent that I have lost faith in their ability to adequately carry out any contract.

Have used this company before, when our golden retriever threw up over a brand new carpet! They were brilliant then… and brilliant again today, which was a spruce up of a bedroom carpet and two sofas.
Slight delay due to an equipment malfunction… these things happen…but arrived promptly the next day and did a fab job. Reduced our bill by 50% for the inconvenience too. Recommended? Yes… definitely.

Micky from this company damaged the hinges of a door by pushing his large machine against it rather than carefully moving furniture. His boss, Spencer, then became incredibly pugilistic and unpleasant and completely refused to compensate us for his employee's mistake. Mistakes happen but all decent companies help in these circumstances by coming to an agreement to repair and being helpful and concerned. Not Spencer! A dishonourable company with awful ethics and attitude!. No sense of decency. I would recommend giving them a really wide berth.
