I've have been waiting for you to put my 399.00 in to my account and today hey ho you decide to put in 189.00 what the hell do you think your playing with where is the rest of my money .You did not work and earn my money so I would like the rest of my tax refund because I'm sure the HMRC would never take any refund iff people that are owed it so why the hell should you you are no company at all shame on you and if I dont get the rest of it them I will go to the ombudsman and a solicitor and take you to court

I was recommend this company by a friend so I contacted them and didn’t really have any idea on how the whole process was meant to work until a very polite young women talked me through everything it was quite a quick process to submit the form off after the form was submitted off hmrc got in contact with me quite quickly in regards to how much I was owed they then sent me correspondents and with in ten weeks of the first phone call my check arrived Iam really thankful to this company as I found it quite a struggle to get my tax back until I was recommended this company.

Had a call back from nicola last Tuesday advising we do have money due back, not as much as we thought once they have taken their chunk out! I wad also offered £50 if I took my review off line..... Nice that when the Cheque you sent bounced!
Cheque sent and received on Thursday this Cheque has bounced, called the number she rang from which goes straight to giff gaff mobile? Also emailed so let's see what they have to say now ..... do I still think this a fraud company yes I 100% do and I will not settle until I get what we are owed..............

UPDATE!!!!
Nicola has made contact with me and made a bacs payment for the money we are owed, and has also advised they will refund the £50 admin charge.

I have been told a few will be taken and the money will be processed . So if I get my money I’ll update to a 5 star and a good review

i have been waiting from august for my refund which was sent to this company and i never agreed to it. i have since heard nothing and recieved no refund. HMRC provided a number to me which came up saying the company was a scam!!!!!! AVOID.

I have been informed that two cheques have been sent to nationwide ppi advice from hmrc for me regarding a ppi refund. Hmrc gave me the contact information but the number isnt working

I have since received a phone call from Nicola and the funds will be with me within 24 hours

The girl was very polite and listened very well i received my cheque in a couple of days not a bad word to say i really do recommend

They really helped me get advice on how to get my ppi claim and there was really great

Was struggling to make a claim for money until I contacted this firm, very efficient and helpful staff

Having now spoken to Nationwide PPI my issue of payment is now resolved. the only thing i can say to them is please make it easier to communicate with them. a proper contact number and email.

Had my money through bank transfer a little shocked that they took £430 off me for the admin ect.

A company that has PPI in the name but actually just wants access to your income tax. They tell you on the phone that they will claim your ppi tax. They will ask you to sign everything digitally and quickly, you don't have any time at all to actually read what you're signing up for. But they assure you that it's all good. Then they will claim your income tax overpayment. And keep half of it. Please be aware, that this is something that everyone can do easily themselves without the need for this company to rob you off your money. I was foolish enough to believe it was all ppi related. Only after my cheque with tax refund arrived from this company instead of HMRC did I read what I actually signed. And what fees they are charging. Please don't do the same mistake. Any such activity should be illegal.

I have received confirmation from HMRC that I am due 3 lots of Tax to be refunded, after reading all the negative reviews about your company and that it is fraud and a scam, I need reassurances that my claim is being handled professionally and it is not a scam. I would love to prove people wrong and write a glowing review for you.

You are taking a massive 33.3% plus vat of what i am due to refunded and you state that you will take a £50 admin fee on top and i hope it isn't £50 per claim and to be honest i think that is a bit extreme.

I tried to email info@nationwideppiadvice .co.uk this was returned as not delivered, then I tried info@nationwideppiadvice, this wouldn't even send.
tried the .co.uk address again and it seems to have been delivered as I didn't get a return email.
update 2 - 1/11/2023
got a response back so my second email has gone through to the co.uk email address, things are looking up
update 3 - 1/11/2023 email received asking for bank details
update 4 - 6/11/2023 sent email to ask if my payment had been sent, apparently the payment had been tried but it was to a wrong account number - my fault was a typo - but no one contacted me about this I had to email them

Was fast and easy, staff was lovely. I didn’t even know I was due any money until I was contacted.

I originally gave a poor review as below but from this I had a very quick responsive communication from Nationwide to turn into a very positive outcome. I was a bit dubious on a call from them but Nationwide reassured me as well as confirming an email that had directly been sent to request for more details in order for the PPI payout to be done. I would like to say a thank you for this cooperation in dealing with this matter and the fact this has been sorted so smoothly in the end from Nationwides explanations and clarity of the whole process. I’m not one to really write bad reviews so I was glad I could provide a more positive update and outcome.

So to get a letter from HMRC about my refund of PPI and as with what others have said in the most recent reviews, mine is ‘another negative’ to date, to add to this company reputation, with no cheque being sent through the post to me. Why on earth are these companies actioning such advice and potentially claiming monies but drag their heals with not actually sending out the refunds onto claimants?! What an absolute waste of time and effort. Giving off the impression they’re pocketing ppls tax refunds - correct me if I’m wrong Nationwide?! You are already reported to action fraud. I shall be taking this further if this isn’t sorted but in the meantime I shall wait for a hopeful reply from the well known ‘Nicola’ with a positive outcome.

great company i called a month ago and i got my money back within the next 10 working days!!way quicker than any other company i’ve used!!.
