We just took over a new site and I had made the mistake of speaking directly to an Energy Broker who wanted to sign me up on a high rate and for a lengthy term. I made contact with Rowan, who I was recommended to use, after I had signed a deal. He immediately gave me the best advice to cancel the contract and came to visit me the next day! He sat down went over all of my options and what would work for us. It was so easy and has taken the stress away so I can concentrate on getting ready to open! Thank you so much Rowan!!

We used Nationwide this year to help us with utilities and phone/Broadband services for a Pub tenancy that we took over in February. Unfortunately due to unexpected personal circumstances we had to cease trading in July. The withdrawal proved to be very stressful with early exit fees from the various services we signed up for.
