So had my car rear windscreen shot…
So had my car rear windscreen shot though with a ball bearing at home they came out and replaced the screen the engineer did not even have a hoover so glass was left all over for me to get out.i went to get into my car and the keyless entry would not work I rang the engineer up and he said it was nothing to do with him and to ring aa so aa turned up and said they have not connected the screen properly. So rang the national windscreen up and the said someone will be in touch so my car was unable to be locked. So took matters into my own hand and took the car to them and the aa was right it was not connected l. A few weeks later I was driving into he rain and now the heated element won't work on the rear screen rang again and was asked to take it in I've refused as am not taking it for the second time. Unhelpful company will to leave your car unlocked overnight due to there incompetence.

My car was scratched while with National Windscreens and they won't take responsibility.
I left my car at National Windscreens in Elvington, York, to have the windscreen replaced. When I collected my car I noticed a deep scratch on the driver's door. I reported it immediately and one of the staff members (Joe) agreed that there had not been a scratch there when he worked on the car. Subsequently, the manager (Ed) escalated this to customer services and James got in touch to tell me very clearly that they were not taking responsibility for the scratch. Also, the new windscreen needs to have the trim replaced as it wasn't fitted properly. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with National Windscreens.

Very poor workmanship
Very poor workmanship. The technician who replaced my car’s front windshield broke the front mirror. Worse still, he did not install the glass correctly and blocked the external water drainage channel. As a result, water now leaks into the car. I have incurred significant costs to fix this serious mistake. This refers to the drainage system for the wipers and rainwater.
