It took nearly a month to get a…
It took nearly a month to get a replacement windscreen. I had to call once a week to chase up if/when I might get a new windscreen. Each time I phoned they said that I would get a phone call shortly with an update and each time they were surprised that I still had not got a replacement yet. It was only because I was chasing that eventually I got it booked in for a new windscreen to be installed and luckily I had another car that I could use in the meantime. When eventually they had one it was installed well.

Window not stuck in properly and…
Window not stuck in properly and whistles whilst driving down the road and will let water in. MOT failed due to the washer pipes not being reattached. Clips holding scuttle panel on not put back on, so loose.
