3 days turned in to 3 weeks
Promised a 2-3 day fit time for a side window on my car, eventually fitted nearly 3 weeks later leaving the car unsecure. Poor communication all the way through, I had to chase several times for updates only to be told there was none. Poor service, unfortunately I had no choice as they were the company given to me by my insurance company.

The technician Matt was top notch
The technician Matt was top notch, treated my car well and did a wonderful job on my new screen, handled well from start to finish, the guy in reception however was very rude and completely ignored me until another chap finally came over and helped me. Otherwise, I was 100 percent happy

Great customer service. Real professionals.
I am very satisfied with the level of service, even though I arrived more than an hour late due to a fault with my car. The team gave me all the attention I needed, welcomed me with a smile, and took the car into the workshop straight away. I had been informed in advance that the windscreen replacement might take up to four hours, but they completed the job within two and a half hours. Their attitude was extremely professional. I hope they continue in the same way. Thank you very much to all of them.

Our experience with National…
Our experience with National windscreens of Portsmouth was wonderful. We were greeted with coffee and got nothing but professionalism and kindness. They educated us on what they were doing and how long it would take. We ended up sitting by the beach to wait. Once done they called us and we walked back from the beach to collect. All in all a wonderful experience! Thank you, Dane, for running a great shop!
