Phoned national windscreens on Monday at Newcastle about a windscreen I got fitted 10 months ago, the heated screen was not working properly, spoke to the manager, he got all the info on his screen within a few seconds he said he would send someone out to replace the screen, I made a appointment for Thursday. Thursday arrived I get a phone call from the fitter that he would be with me in 15m , they arrived on time did the job no problem excellent communication from them did a good clean job, very professional. the 2 lads great would recommend the company any time

Been a disabled person and needing my car for hospital appointments etc is detrimental that I have my car however I was without my car for five days which I had numerous hospital appointments and had to be more out of pocket hiring a car cause by time patient transport was open was to late to arrange
