I was kept informed of time of arrival on the chosen day. Repairers explained how the repair would work. Polite and quick!

The repair process was smooth and problem was fixed perfectly. Very excellent service.

Went to hand over car and had to wait at counter. Someone came and then dealt with some one who came after me first without asking who is here first.
No call given that car is ready to collect. I had to call and call was diverted to headaoffice number.
Need to improve their system. Thanks

No home service after originally having it booked to be at home. Had to waste a whole morning going to Trafford park. Cost me a fortune in taxis as no where to wait at the unit. Just told to 'get an uber'!
Staff in office were grumpy, off hand and looked utterly bored. Just a scruffy place with zero customer service.

First and foremost, the customer service experience was impeccable. The person who was assigned to look after my car thoroughly explained things to so brilliantly. Things that I did not know well, or consider. Then he allowed me to decide on what to do based on the very useful pieces of information that he had given me. He was so professional, so knowledgeable and had the passion to satisfy me as a customer.

The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with.
I had an appointment booked for three weeks. On the day of the appointment, I received an automated message with a tracking link for the technician. I followed the tracker and waited for my turn, only for the tracking system to suddenly stop working when my appointment was due. Nobody turned up, and I was left sitting there with absolutely no idea what was happening.
I then spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to get through to customer services. When I eventually managed to speak to someone through the online chat, they couldn't actually do anything to help. What is the point of having a customer service chat system if the people operating it have no ability to resolve a problem?
The following day, I had to chase them again. Eventually, I received a text telling me to contact the Manchester branch directly. I tried ringing the Manchester branch over and over again, but nobody answered.
I then contacted the national customer care line, only to be told that they couldn't do anything either. They also tried contacting the Manchester branch and couldn't get through. A message was supposedly left for the branch manager to contact me, but unsurprisingly, nobody called.
I continued trying the Manchester branch myself — still no answer.
After waiting three weeks for an appointment, having nobody turn up, receiving no explanation, spending hours chasing different departments and being passed around systems where apparently nobody has the authority or ability to actually help a customer, I eventually had to call again that evening just to arrange a refund.
The complete lack of communication and customer service is astonishing. If an appointment can't be fulfilled, at the absolute minimum you would expect someone to contact the customer and explain what is happening — not simply leave them waiting and then expect them to spend their own time chasing the company for answers.
An absolutely diabolical service from start to finish. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Booked in within 24 hours of my car being broken into, I was going on holiday the next morning and they stored the car for me until I returned. Great service and simple to deal with.
Thanks a lot for taking the stress away from going on holiday and leaving my car somewhere with no window.

Screen good but the state of the front ,rubber dust all over front consoles and my cup holders ect ,all my airbags leading up to my window screen full of finger marks....
So no not happy.

My wife took the car, the team installed a completely scratched windscreen. They said they could not see it until it was installed, which is (very) hard to believe by the amount of scratches. Thankfully my wife spotted it and called them (another astonishing situation because they installed the glass and did not see the scratches? Highly doubt...). They said they would replace it, no question but, now she will need to go there again. Let's see if the team plays intelligently this time instead of smarty...

Fitting me in with an earlier appointment

Exceptional service and great operative providing the windscreen replacement. They were polite, professional and really helped me understand the process.
