Really happy with the service
Really happy with the service. The technician arrived when expected, was friendly and professional, and got the windscreen replaced quickly with no fuss. Everything was left clean and tidy afterwards, and the whole process was straightforward from start to finish. Would happily use them again.

Apart from how long to get there ( 1hr each way) because of the usual heavy traffic at that time, job was done well within the allotted time, 2 1/2 when quoted 4. Job looks good and up to now no leaks, my only moan was when driving home and stuck in traffic i noticed dirty finger marks all over inside of car and what looked like a boot mark on passenger door, thats why i never give full rating

I paid for replacement windscreen wipers but they were not delivered and was told a refund would be coming, however it hasn’t

A call the day before to confirm that the replacement screen had arrived.
A welcome from the fitter on the day of the work and an estimate of when the car would be ready.
A call when the car was ready.
Car was clean when collected. Advice was given re not jet washing for 7 days and driving carefully until adhesive was totally hardened
