Well timing to start with I chose morning and 14:05 was not morning I finish work at 14:20 so had to sit around my work place untill complete not very happy. If the operator was much layer and I had gone home someone would have ranted at me for not being present so really not happy. The work done was fine no complaints about that just the timing was terrible knowbody called me to say he was going to be late but I knew it he would be when I saw he had 3 jobs on be mine at midday.

Don't pay extra to replace your wipers
The team at Leicester Meridian were great. Dropped car, went home, got a text 3 hrs later - all done. Picked up. All good in terms of the screen and re-calibrating the various smart assistance systems.
Only gripe. On booking, signed up for Michelin Wiper replacement at £49.51 with "free" fitting. It turns out I got Bosch Aero wipers. They work nicely, but are available on Amazon for £18.75. At that I could pay for fitting (or fit myself in 1 minute). False advertising, so feel let down. Would never choose any additional items from National Windscreens.

Poor service
I had to ask staff to come after 2:30 wich they did. But i still took an emergency holiday with work because i recieved a text saying they are coming between 9:00 and 16:30. The repair looked great to start but then after a few hours it looked like the repair failed and the resin melted out of the chip. Then their advice was to replace it and spend even more money all because of a chip less then the size of a 5p coin

Excellent from the first phone call through to my windscreen being sorted. Clear, polite, precise, calming, knowledgeable, proactive, . Faultless. The delightfully polite man that came to repair the windscreen called in advance, so polite, clear, knowledgeable, explained what he was going to do, then after as to what he had done. SUPERB service .
The insurance company Axa advised on 3 companies to choose from, the first one I randomly called the first company, just rang and rang, the second was painfully long and asked so many questions without explaining anything the woman was robotic, lifeless and painfully long . . I told her I was going to put the phone down as I’d lost the will to live.thankfully I did and got through to this superb company - thank you I really appreciate it xx

Stone chip in front windscreen - had to prebook appt and wait a week before technician came out. This guy came out on time, and was fantastic! He was very informative and explained the procedure - really pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend.
