I booked online over the weekend
I booked online over the weekend. I had booked for a Thursday. On the Monday morning, your engineer called to say he was nearby, and if I was available, and only if it was convenient for me, he could come straight round and do the repair then.
So, not only did I get the chip repaired 3 days early, it freed up the morning I was expecting to have to wait for you to arrive.
In addition to this, the engineer noticed an additional very small chip on my side of the windscreen, and filled this in for me too.
Outstanding service.

I am really grateful for what Mr. Matt from National Windscreens has done and how friendly he was.
My car was broke into last weekend and the following Monday Mr. Matt came to my house and vacuum the glasses and fix my window within 1 hour.

Very happy wih service
Was through my Insurance. Booking was quick online. Job was done at home which was more convenient. Technician called when he was on his way and was friendly and informative. All done in approx 1hr.

A good professional service
A good professional service, good communication about our time slot. The windscreen looks good and we have had no further problems. Polite helpful staff.
Only negative was we had to go into Leeds because the timespan given was 4 hours, they said they would text when it was ready but I eventually phoned them and it was actually ready but they hadn’t let us know. Doesn’t affect the quality of the work which was good.

Good service and very good workmanship
Booking the appointment for the replacement sunroof took some time, but the service I received when I attended was excellent. The staff were friendly, the facilities for waiting were adequate, and the work was completed quickly without any issues.
Overall, a very positive experience.
