It was easy to book at a time that…
It was easy to book at a time that suited me. The gentleman thay fitted my screen was very well mannered and polite, he also pointed out that he had noticed some oil sitting on my engine and might be worth getting it looked at. I did get it looked at and there was an issue. I have had no issues woth the screen and no whistling sounds as I had previously from a screen that was ill fitted by another company.

Brilliant replacement
Heated screen was fitted correctly, no issues at all.
Could do with some seating etc as we had to wait 4 hours for the work to be carried out.
Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Windscreen replacement
Unfortunately had my car booked for a windscreen change at my address but was contacted on day of appointment to say the technician had an accident and couldn’t make it. Which wasn’t ideal as the car had a mot booked but was giving an appointment at kings lynn for 2 days later. Absolutely fab service and communication from all the team at kings lynn. Very friendly and felt completely confident leaving my car with them. Did a brilliant job.

Appointment got cancelled at the last…
Appointment got cancelled at the last minute after I had waited in all day and rescheduled to the next day. The repairs are no different to before the damage was repaired, one of the stone chips has nowhere near enough resin in as the chip is still well below the surface of the screen, the technician was only at my house for 10 minutes to repair 2 stone chips!

Needed a call back
Screen fitted in successfully, but had no glue on his van to stick rubber seal, so said to me to just get some superglue and stick it. I tried but this hasn’t worked and there’s a gap. Just worried when it rains that water will come in. I’m going to phone tomorrow to see if you can come back and fix this please.
