Problem in 1st date
Problem in 1st date. 2nd date stock window screen damaged. I was then on holiday but pre-booked a date after my return. I was then asked to go to Hastings to get work done. Technician very pleasant and did a good job. However as a 79 year old lady I thought they would have come to my home address

They forgot to order windscreen hence…
They forgot to order windscreen hence cancelling 90 mins before appointment. Took over 5 hours to do the job when rebooked. On collection the windscreen was scratched in 2 places.

Day after went to wash window they hadn't reconnected my washer bottle and when husband went to look they hadn't reconnected broken the clips that hold the wiper unit in place

Shoddy work
Shoddy work, promises of phone calls that never came.
Car was returned with glass powder all over the bootliner, plus lots of fragments easily visible on ledges, in the spare tyre well, etc. No skill required to remove with a domestic vacuum. Not even a roadside job - it was in a well lit workshop for a week, yet it seemed little attempt had been made to clean out the easily accessible areas.
Part of rear window internal trim came loose on first use, local dealer confirmed several clips had been broken or lost .
Two stars because at least it was done on time and I can imagine worse things going wrong

This was raised via local office, and NW Complaints procedure. All requests were rejected

My windscreen replacement was booked…
My windscreen replacement was booked via my insurance company. The process was simple and clear, I didn't have to wait too long for an appointment. I dropped my car off early in the morning and it was ready early afternoon. The team were good, did their job as expected. I think front desk customer service may not be in their remit but the guys I spoke to did ok. The only downside was parking to drop my car off, there was no space and no clear signage, it was a matter of luck. Their location was tricky to find and very little space to leave the car safely.
