Professional clean job
Professional clean job, friendly technician who even came back the next day to complete the job as the mirror wouldn’t stick back on the new windscreen. So he stuck the pad to the screen and it was left overnight to dry and he came back early the next day to secure the mirror. Very conscientious.

5 stars for the fitter working weekend and arranging an early appointment 8am so could get back to sheffield at reasonable time.
0 stars for convenience had to wait 2+ days for fix and drive to a location 4o mins away off route home.

No one at the workshop!
No one at the workshop at the appointment time. My centre console was open when I got the car back which seemed odd for a chip repair. Overall company seems disorganised and hard work to deal with.

The technician turned up promptly, having given me an ETA on the phone.
He was polite, very helpful, and went above and beyond - repairing an extra little chip that he spotted and smoothing down an old repair.
All round excellent service.
