Excellent staff
Had a stone chip just off centre in my windscreen. Called my insurance company who put me onto National Windscreens. Very helpful and quick service. Came and check screen and advised would need a replacement. When replacement arrived engineer advised I could have it filled rather than replaced. Choice was mine. Opted for replacement as didn’t want to take a chance if filling left a noticeable mark or if it failed MOT would have to get it done so didn’t want to pay out twice. All stages staff were helpful, polite and kept me informed at each stage. Notification on day so could track engineer to get an idea of when they would arrive.

Very efficient service
Very efficient service. The team arrived at our home at the prescribed time (after calling first to say they were on their way) and replaced the windscreen without any fuss. All very straightforward and hassle free from our point of view.

Windscreen okay on the second attempt but blade left in car
First attempt and the windscreen did not configure to the car, so had to wait a week driving the car with limited functionality. Second attempt and they eventually got the windscreen to configure, but have just found a blade left in the passenger side footwell, could have been nasty with our child wearing flip flops but luckily we spotted it.

Great customer service from the team at Croydon
The team at Croydon replaced the screen on my Classic Triumph TR6. Great care was taken to source the bespoke parts in advance and keep me updated. On the day of the fit, I took the car to the depot and again, received great service. The replacement has been carried out professionally and timely. Highly recommended.

I didn't rate 5 star because when I made booking I chose the 8.30 -1pm slot. On the day I received message saying technician will be with me by 4.30pm. This was not suitable for me so I had to reschedule.
