Good service
Thank you for supporting me.I’m a taxi driver.This windscreen damage made it difficult for me to work so my insurance company recommended AutoClass and National Windscreens. I spoke to both companies and then finally I decided to go through National Windscreens.Then I had a problem with the date they had given me so I called the National Windscreen helpline who told me to speak to the local branch in Croydon. I explained my situation to them and they understood my situation and gave me an earlier date and did a good job.

I would like to congratulate National…
I would like to congratulate National Windscreens on their customer service. Back in November 24 they fitted a new windscreen into my BMW. Last week I discovered that when my car was checked by BMW that they had incorrectly fitted the windscreen. I called National Windscreen expecting them to tell me to go away. To the contrary they immediately booked my vehicle in to have a replacement windscreen fitted FOC. To my mind exceptional service, Well done Andy at their Croydon depot.

Good job, excellent service
Had to replace my windscreen after a crack. It required calibration of the radars as well on top of the screen. They did an excellent job.

Having to take it back again
Sent away after 8 hours for a 3/4 hour job, all warnings up on dashboard have to take it back and waste another day in Croydon

Was ok and quicker
Was ok and quicker, 2.5 hours, than the 4 hours quoted. Lost a star because the windscreen on the inside was not clean. There was 30 mins, in which time screen could of been cleaned, between call to say car was ready and my arriving to pick car up.

Gasket was not fixed correctly in some places. In the corners wrap corner trim not fixed back. They left dirty in the car after work.

Left the car an absolute mess
Left the car an absolute mess. Glass all on the inside of the car. Two soaked front seats. Tried to contact to arrange for them to come and finish the job several times over several days with no luck. No one answers the phone.
