Two big scratches on the bonnet which…
Two big scratches on the bonnet which took a lot of time to polish out as they were quite deep, small shards of glass also left on the bonnet, dashboard and door trims needed to be cleaned properly, plastic trim below the screen not fitted properly and I had to re-do as it was lifting up away from the glass, apart from that the fitter was very polite and sort of made an effort to hoover the front carpets

Friendly and helpful
Good communication, friendly and helpful. Everything went like clockwork, despite the glass replacement being in a door panel, so it was not at all straightforward.
