Very helpful staff
I had a windscreen replacement for my van and even though the new screen cracked as they put it in ( factory defect) they was so apologetic ( Lauren) they remained professional and ordered an other windscreen and arranged a time convenient for me to come back and have new windscreen installed.

Both staff members that we spoke to were fantastic. Polite, friendly, completed the repair quicker than expected, and even went above and beyond to help with another issue we had.

Successful and Neat Repair
The stone chip repair was neat and the resin application certainly reduced the appearance of the chip to an acceptable level. The technician explained that not all chips repair successfully due to the pressure applied during the process but mine seems to have been successful. I was happy with the work carried out.

Glass shards EVERYWHERE
Glass shards some cube sized and many more splinter sized left all over my dashboard, footwell, passenger seat, bonnet of the car, some glue type residue everywhere on the dash. They glued it on poorly as it had seaped out the sides also no trim around the screen... Awful service given from them at the Canterbury Base. I have submitted a complaint to customer services awaiting a reply. This is very dangerous.
