Efficient and excellent service
From the initial phone conversation to the appointment everything was smooth and efficient. Once the appointment was made a text message was received confirming the details. The windscreen was replaced without issue in 30 minutes. The bill was paid and all was well.

Quick appointment, great technician.
The technician was fast and did a great job. The tracking was a bit hit and miss but this could be due to GDPR when attending at other locations.
One thing that would really improve things would be the option to select privacy glass when making the appointment online. If this option is there, I certainly didn't see it. I had to get in touch and let them know the glass I needed was privacy glass.
It was great to be able to get a quick appointment to replace my car window so no stressing about the security of my car.

My rear view mirror had been damaged during windscreen replacement, so this is an ongoing repair
